The team of movers that packed the few items we needed them to and loaded all of our belongings into the trailer were very polite and seemed to know what they were doing. Our only concern was the care of the furniture seemed so insubstantial. Blankets were used to cover everything, but none of the feet were protected and the pieces were placed in the trailer every which way. It’s hard to watch when you own the furniture. The only other issue we had is the condition of the furniture and other items were cataloged without us reviewing the pieces with the team member. He added “worn” and other descriptions to everything. Then, after everything was packed on the trailer, asked for our signature on the report. We were told unless the item is brand new everything has wear. With a couch that was only two years old, in a room that is never used, and only grown adults live in the house, listing that piece of furniture as worn was disappointing. Just appears to be the perfect way to protect themselves should anything happen to the items during the move. Again, the movers were nice, polite and got the job done. But these are things we wish we would have known ahead of time. That is why I am sharing this review for others.

The Planes team exhibited professionalism and courteousness throughout the entire process. We had to fire our mover with less than two weeks before closing date. I contacted Planes and they worked very hard to secure the dates that would not impose on closing. The team that packed and loaded our belongings were very efficient, professional, and courteous. We could not have been more pleased with the service.

We did the virtual estimate and got the quote, everything seemed in order. When I went to book, only a couple days later, turns out they were at capacity and only offered me dates AFTER my lease ends. I understand that its a business, first-come-first-serve, but I should have been made aware that I would need to books them ASAP. Even the email with the quote said Whenever youre ready to book.Worked out for the best, Im much happier to go with a company that will be more professional.

Glad I packed a lot of my own stuff. I packed it better than they packedthe rest of our stuff. One of our guitars walked off and one of my favorite posters which was autographed by Dan gurney got ripped from the way it was packed.

Planes moving communicated with us extremely well throughout the entire process, from booking through loading. Taylor and Keith did an amazing job loading two crates for us. The team was on time, listened to our needs and worked with us to get everything on the truck that we wanted to take. They were friendly and professional. I hired them to move everything I needed from my parents house to my new apartment. They were super quick! I was expecting everything to take at least 3 hours but they got it done in about 2. I asked my mom to just sit on a chair in my apartment so the door could stay open and I didn’t even need her to do so. Scott and Russell were who moved my things. Everything was done extremely professionally. They put my furniture exactly where I wanted it and nothing arrived damaged. They even put took apart my bed and put it back together without me saying anything. I would definitely recommend this company if you need a move. And if you can request certain people, Scott and Russell are amazing!

They make moving easy! Everyone was so nice and helpful. They were careful with my things and made sure everything I wanted to move made it into the truck. The guys were kings of tetris. I still dont know how they crammed all my stuff in the truck. Hands down best way to move. Id let these guys move me any day!

It was less stressful trusting a well known moving company. The movers were very professional and courteous. There price was higher then others, but you get what you pay for.

I had a move from an apartment and a storage unit into a new house. Scott and team made this potentially tricky and problematic move into the easiest part of the process. They were punctual. They were fast. They were thoughtful and careful with my belongings. They were so personable, engaging, and friendly. It was a pleasure to watch them work.I have moved many times in my life using my own vehicle and asking for help from friends. And it’s always been sort of a nightmare. Used Planes for an international move . Scott and his team worked extremely hard for two days packing and loading the container.They were professional, courteous, hard working and made the two days stress free.I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone moving .

The Planes movers were good guys! Coles team moved my Household Goods from their storage facility in Hilliard to my house. Cole reached out a day before and explained how he and his team would conduct the move.They were easy to work with and took care to ask us where we wanted our belongings if it wasnt clear. As our beds were disassembled by the movers at our last house, Cole and his team reassembled them with care. If there were any questions, they didnt hesitate to ask for guidance.The team set up cardboard guards to protect our hardwood floors and newly painted walls from any errant bumps, which was thoughtful. Ultimately, they handled the furniture well enough that there werent any bumps anyway.We did have some damage to a few belongings, notably a sleeper sofa that was mangled pretty badly on one side, hence the four stars. We assessed this to be from poor storage (the warehouse not using moving blankets and cramming things in) and not a knock against Cole and his team. Either way, Cole apologized for the warehouse storage and was completely upfront with any damages that he found.Besides the damage, we were quite happy with Planes. It was nice to see a moving team thats careful and considerate. Cole clearly runs a solid team and wed be happy to utilize them again.

Used this company for relocating for a new job. The team was very professional, easy to work with, and responsive to getting things started. The team worked very hard and noticeably quick even during a winter storm! They got the job done quick and did a very great job. They made sure I was content as to where they placed my boxes in my unit as well for my ease and convenience. Also made sure I was content with delivered inventory to make sure nothing was misplaced. Elonzo and Jakob were great. They were very nice and careful with our property. The people handling my account with the company I would not rate high. They told me they would call the day before to tell me what the time window would be to expect the movers to arrive. I never got a call. I called the office at 10 till 5:00 and couldnt reach my account managers. I finally reached someone in customer service who looked up my account and was able to tell me what the window was since it was recorded on my account. I never did hear from either one of my account managers. I was very dissappointed with their customer service.

Cole Andres and his crew were non-stop hard work. They arrived and completed work both days on-time. They were flexible with the packing plan and professional the entire day. They showed great care with all of our goods especially our heirloom and high value pieces. They took all measures to ensure no damage to the house as well. Our office has large reclaimed barnwood workstations that were cumbersome to move. Austin and Drew of Planes Commercial Services made the move to new office space look easy. They were knowledgeable about getting the tables into the new space even though the doors were very narrow. It was a pleasure to work with Planes, we were on a tight schedule, they scheduled our quote and move within a week, arrived at the agreed upon time and executed the move flawlessly.

This was my 4th and final move organized by the military. By far the most professional and smooth running operation I experienced at destination. Out of 4 military PCS moves throughout my career; the Planes Moving and Storage Company crew led by Cole has been the best I have experienced so far. They were on time, friendly, courteous, speedy, and efficient. Cole was an active and attentive supervisor for his crew and he provided me with one of the most accurate, thorough, neat, and complete inventories that I have ever received. Paperwork was filled out with extra care with no cut corners and each document was gone over and explained 1 by 1. Dillon, Keshon, and Dakota (I apologize for any misspelling of names) packed all of our items with extreme care from the smallest dish to our large office and bedroom furniture. From the moment all 4 of them showed up (exactly when they said they would) they worked non-stop to be in and out in a timely but careful manner. All of our furniture was wrapped, boxed, taped and moved with proper equipment or 2 person lifts as needed. I would 100% use this crew again for any packing and moving requirements. Thanks again gentlemen, I appreciate the extra care taken.

The movers were great. Careful with my things and responsive to my requests - especially for furniture layout and assembly. This was a great company to have move us. There was no stress or worry. The team was very nice and professional!!

We used this company on two different moves and both times the service was perfect. We recently recommended their services to a co-worker and we did so without hesitation !! From the initial visit for the estimate to the call after the move to make sure you are happy this company is top notch!

They did a good job, but I could tell they were impatient to get everything done as quickly as possible. They showed up without masks on. I had my items set up in the garage / open air and sat more than 6 feet away, so it was fine. Be prepared to remind them to use masks if you will be allowing them in your home.

Movers showed up 2 hours late and high, reeking of marijuana. They fought with the driver all day, complaining about the weather, gravel driveway, hard work in general and one movers birthday. Eventually, an argument broke out, with the driver asking the movers not to curse in my home, in front of my 8 year-old twins. The movers refused to complete the job and stormed off, leaving the driver and I to complete the work. I then had to transport the driver to drop-off the delivery vehicle.

Scott and his team were really fantastic. What was supposed to be a two day job was only one yet they still maintained the quality I expected for my family. Scott was professional and communicated with me throughout the process, even offering helpful tips along the way. Great job guys!

Our family had a wonderful experience moving across the country with Planes. We had a lot of anxiety about moving during the Covid pandemic, but Planes went above and beyond to ensure that all of our safety concerns were addressed. Our service coordinator, Cathie, was responsive to all of our questions in a very timely manner, and everyone we interacted with during the actual move (packing and loading, vehicle pick up and drop off, etc.) were courteous, respectful and professional. We had a poor experience with an out of state move. The move team in Columbus was terrific but the company United/Planes contracted with on the other end was lousy. They sent a skeleton crew of 2 to unpack a 10,000 lb move and were unable to complete the job. The communication and response from the administrative office has been lacking. I will not use them again mostly because of their poor follow through.
