We had them move a foosball table from our neighbor’s basement to our family room. MVM is the only one didn’t have a minimum two hour charge among the moving companies we called. It took them less than 15 minutes and that’s what they charged us in addition to the 30 minutes round trip time. Very friendly staff and they did a fine job. We were so glad to have found this sensible company!

Aaron and Zack worked hard, fast, and were super professional. Small things happen in any move with tight stairs and heavy furniture, and they do offer insurance for your nicer items of value.I did not have any of my furniture damaged and so I am very thankful to the two gentleman that worked with me this past weekend.Awesome small company, great followup on scheduling before and during my moving day!!

MVM Moving & Storage did an excellent job from start to finish for our local move. The movers were fast and efficient: the estimated 8-hour job was completed in 6.75 hours! Initially MVM wasnt available on the move dates we needed, but their amazing scheduler did everything she could to fit us in, and even called us many times to keep us updated. This was a huge lifesaver for us. The movers were great and went to 2 locations to get all of our items (apartment and storage unit), wrapped everything well, and used floor coverings in our new house. They were friendly, professional, and quick. We will definitely use MVM again for any future moves.

They promptly got to work carefully moving it out of my house and secured it in their truck. The truck and equipment used were in good condition.At the destination, they again took care to protect the item and property, and placed it as requested.We then reviewed the charges and completed the payment transaction, which was as previously agreed.All three were polite and pleasant.Would definitely use MVM again and would be happy to have these three help me with my move.

Noah and Trent were excellent at moving us out of our tight apartment. We have a very large sectional that is a real challenge to maneuver through the stairs and the handled that easily. Unprecedented times with and unanticipated rapid sale on our home; needed an out of state mover who could move a very heavy object along with many fragile items from OH to the KenTennessee border. This company, and James, provided rapid response, a rapid and true estimation with great communication along the process. Had another company which required an on-site visit who quoted a soft-quote for three times their rate and many ‘potential’ charges.Aaron was our driver who arrived on-time with his crew in Ohio. They were quick and did a good job! The next morning in KenTennessee, Aaron arrived early, a bit in shock at the red dirt road he traversed to the house, but raring to go! His crew was dispatched clear from Alabama!! Shanse and Ben were also ready to rock after their long drive and too funny/sweet for words.At the end of the day, we made sandwiches to ensure they had something in their bellies after a long day and supplied them with cold drinks for their long drives back home. (Apparently there are some people who do not even offer the use of their facilities, let alone a bottle of water!?)A part was left in the moving truck by our own mistake which Aaron was able to rapidly ship to us with no concerns.Would not hesitate to utilize these folks again, however, we are in paradise and never moving ... unless it’s to a bit bigger place as we downsized a bit too much on square footage ... or maybe we just have too much STUFF!Don’t hesitate to utilize this company! Great folks! Ask for James to schedule you, Aaron to drive you and if you are heading southbound and down, Shanse and Ben from Alabama. Just be sure to be nice to these boys! Offer them drinks and food if you have it, they don’t stop till the work is done and bust-butt to get it done and get it done RiGHT.

My experience with MVM was great! I was a bit apprehensive at first, as Ive never used movers.The guys on Truck 26 (Jonathan R, Alex B, and Trey A) quickly put me at ease. I had a lot of heavy furniture in my upstairs, along with a large safe and an antique cabinet. Duke in scheduling made sure that the crew was aware/ prepared for what they had to move. The crew made moving these heavy things look effortless! They got all my belongings to my new home in a timely manner. This was no small feat in of itself, as my new house is 30 miles from my old house.They quickly placed all my furniture where I wanted it in the new place and my boxes unloaded in no time. I definitely will reccomend their services to anyone I know!

Ill recommend them and will use their service again.

They were very conscientious. They moved an antique Victrola for me and I would not hesitate to use them again.

I hired this company to do a local move with a standard amount of things needing moved for a single person (couch, bed, tv, dresser, kitchen table being the biggest), moving from one apartment to another with a very small commute from old to new apartment. I was quoted for this move to be $500-$900 and no more than 4 hours. It ended up taking 8 hours and I was charged $1400 due to the lack of efficiency and urgency of the movers. This was a massive rip off and waste of time- it would have been faster to move myself, not to mention cheaper. DO NOT hire this company if you’re looking for an easy and cost-efficient move. Highly disappointed and will be looking elsewhere in the future for a moving company.

I dont tend to write many reviews but these guys were amazing. James G was my estimator, and showed up/assisted in the packing process.(1st time Ive seen an estimator take part in the move and very much appreciated!) The 3man team of Obatala M, Jonathan D and Oba packed and moved me. They were careful and efficient as well as as super polite. Best of all, nothing was broken. I very much hope that its a long time before I move again, but when I do, I will be calling MVM again.

Leo and Nate were amazing with our recent move! I am downsizing from a condo to a one BR apartment and haven’t had to move in over 20 years! Needless to say, I was a little bit nervous but I couldn’t be happier with the job they did. Trey & Jermaine did a great job moving almost all of belongings in under 3 hours including travel time. We gave them a time amount we wanted to stick to upon their arrival and they really hustled to get it done, even with several larger, heavy items up and down stairs. I also liked how all of the costs were up front upon booking, and they were able to be flexible the arrival time.

I needed a new to me sectional delivered from Powell to Canal Winchester. Easier than doing it myself. And probably about the same price. Came in under their quote. Both young men were professional and courteous. They even carried the old sectional out to the back of the house to my driveway. Absolutely without a doubt will use them again. Treated my new furniture like their own.

More than once they said Whatever you need, were here for you. They arrived by 8:50 and had my 2BR apartment emptied by 10:30. At the new residence, they moved out several old pieces of furniture & a w/d to the garage & then unloaded the truck. Even with disconnecting 2 sets of w/d, taking apart & putting back together a couch with reclining ends, and tearing down/setting up 2 beds - they were done with my move by 12:45PM. I sustained only 1 minor chip in the corner of the top of a dresser, for which they provided a discount based on some kind of per pound formula. It didnt amount to much but it wasnt my expensive living room set so I wasnt too upset. I did a lot of prep before they arrived so everything was ready to go & they worked with high energy the entire move. Highly recommend!
