I came in with a list of cars based on gas mileage and showed the salesman. I told him I was not buying today and only wanted to go over list and look at cars. He went over the list and helped narrow the list. He was not pushy and was open to help me. I bought a Kia Soul and had a great experience.

Two salesmen stood out front and declared my potential trade-in (2010 Kia) the cleanest they had seen in a while. Inside, the sales manager offered me an amount *below* current NADA **rough** trade-in value. $3000 difference may not be a lot to them. But, it meant the difference between trading up and walking out. I walked.

The new location is nice however they need to revise their scheduling for maintenance work. 2.5 hrs for a simple oil change is bad. I REALLY miss the Box Road location because the people there were more friendlier and more informative. They would always give me reminders and recommendations on anything I needed for my car. The new locations service is like an assembly line. I had to make an appointment for an oil change and STILL had to wait 2.5 hours before they were completed.After I paid for the service, they handed me the key and said thanks. I had to search for my car because NO ONE mentioned where it was parked. As far as my Kia Optima, I love it. The service department at the new location, needs some serious work.
My dad had been talking to Derrick Riley for a few weeks trying to see if he could get more information on the Kia Soul I wanted. I gave my dad very specific instructions on what I would settle for and what I wouldnt. Fast forward a few weeks later and we are in the area so we stop by just for me to take a look at the Soul up close with absolutely NO intentions on buying yet. After talking to Derrick for a while and looking around the lot, 1 hour later Derrick had come back with the price I wanted and somehow my dad and I ended up in Bentleys office signing papers for MY NEW CAR!! LOL 3 weeks later and Im still in shock and so excited to have my dream car. YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!

I bought alot of cars in my life, but never a KIA, our salesman (Phillip Futrell) answered EVERY question without going to talk to a manager, Professional is a word to use for Phillip, I manage 48 people and if Phillip was one of them he would have gotten a raise at that moment, made us fill like we were part of something bigger and I guess that would be the KIA Family. Thanks for the experience.
My son and I went in just to look at the Kia Optimas available and possibly test drive just to see how I liked it. My mind was pretty set on a Chrysler 200. PHILLIP EGGERT was awesome. He told me all I needed to know about the car from the inside out. He insisted I even did my own research so that I wouldnt feel salesmen pressure. The following day I I brought my husband and he test drove the car. Although not 100% ready to buy, PHILLIP offered us 24 hrs to decide (take car home with us) and he gave us plenty of time to talk alone. He was very patient. Eventually we bought it and I couldnt be happier. Happy wife, happy life. :)

Time to get a vehicle at this location is a waste of time. The salesperson dont know what they are doing or talking about and the mechanics got their certifications from a box of cereal. Nobody in the Kia Autosport dealership can tell the truth and once they lie they believe in it. There is another bad thing is that smoking every 2 minutes is more important than the customers coming in.

First off the badwe were told they accepted usaa pricing, WRONG thats a lie, we brang them a flyer, and were told they couldnt help us,next problem they got prices on there cars 14.599 on there suv, but the car is actually 20k+ sounds like advertisement fraud, someone should sue seriously, what a shitholei will be sure to post everywhere about this bad service, and the lies they feed you here
After spending much time on the internet studying SUVs and taking an entire Saturday driving all available SUVs in the Columbus area I start by saying my experience with KIA Autosport was delightful and the KIA Sportage fit the bill in all areas regarding my test drive, the appearance of the vehicle, comfort, and how KIA Autosport would take care of me and my car.During the purchase, my salesperson heard what I had to say regarding what I wanted and found the car on the lot with the exact items desired. He was friendly, heard me, and in working with the sales deal I got exactly what I asked for PLUS they asked if I was a vet, which I was, and gave me a better deal yet. June 28, 2012My name is Werner Aguilar and I am 73 years old and have purchased many new cars in my lifetime. My experience with Thomas Withrow (Sales Rep) at KIA Autosport in Columbus, Georgia has been the best I have ever had in my life. I purchased a 2012 Optima EX that was fully loaded with all options. I feel that I am a tough negotiator and the price that I paid was even better than I had expected. Mr. Withrow knew the specifications of the car inside and out and since I am very techie, he made me realized how impressive a vehicle the Optima really is. Other factors that were important to me were the 5 year 60,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty and 10-year power train warranty (lifetime if I have all services performed at the KIA Autosport Maintenance department). Another couple of nice benefits are the free tires for life and 7 free oil changes.Mr. Withrow spent a lot of time with me over a two week period and was always very knowledgeable, enthusiastic, friendly and most courteous. My original visit to the KIA dealer was with my next-door neighbor to look at the KIA Optima hybrids for him. That in turn, led my wife to buy a 2012 Optima EX on June 28th. My neighbor will be closing his deal with Thomas Withrow for a 2012 fully loaded 2102 Optima Hybrid this Saturday June 30, 2102. Since my neighbor and I both own a hybrid from Toyota or Honda we have received a $1000 competitive rebate and also a $500 military rebate for the time we were in the armed forces (4 year requirement with an honorable discharge).I met the owner of the KIA Autosport dealership (Mr. Monroe Lee) and learned that he and I attend the same church. Mr. Lee asked if he could do anything for me. I asked if he could find a Satin Metal (color) 2012 Optima Hybrid for my neighbor. A day later he found the vehicle with the color and options that my neighbor wanted.One of the great benefits for the state of Georgia is the KIA Manufacturing plant in West point, Georgia, employing many folks from our fine state.Two other individuals who added to this excellent car buying experience are Ken McSpadden (Sales Manager) and Royce Townson (Financial Director).Again, I want to reiterate how pleasant this car buying experience has been for my wife and I.
