I used to work at Banner for many years. It is by far the best job I have ever had. I regret leaving all the time. They truly care about the employees and their families. They also care about the neighborhood. The people complaining about the noise need to realize that the city are the ones to blame. They allowed apartments to be built next to a manufacturing facility that has been there since 1931. Therefore they have every right to run the business as needed including times people are sleeping. Dont like it move!

Banner is a terrific company that has an amazing history with the city of Columbus. I have been employed with Banner for almost 7 years now and look forward to many more! A fantastic company full of wonderful employees.

Have lived on Holly for almost a year now with no complaints; however tonight I have been awake for several hours due to the noise of the plant. What changed? Please do not run the plant when people are trying to sleep!

Why do you make so much noise starting at 8pm and continue until 3 in the morning? You make it impossible to sleep. There is a constant crashing noise every 15 seconds that continues until 3am. Why not use the machines that make that incredibly loud noise during the day, instead of until 2nd shift is over, at 3am? I understand you are not violating any laws, but you also are not considerate of your neighbors and community. I hope there is a compromise, so that those within hearing distance of your factories can sleep prior to 3am.

Terrible metal company. Will stamp metal all hours of the night disregarding all noise ordiances in the city of Columbus. This company should be evicted from their property and relocated to a commercial zone.
