Thus far 1 star -- at this point not even deserving of that! Zero for effort by the sales or support. Placed a substantial order end of March - was in Stock here it is the middle of April. NO parts yet. sent email asking for a status report - NO response. Phoned, NO answer. Left Voice mail on second call. NO call back. --- buyer beware - when / if things change, Ill update this.

Ordered a Collet chuck and collets. We received our order faster than expected. Ajaxs communications to customers is a little off but Deena was pleasantly helpful.

I ordered a quick Change Tool Post and held my Breath until I received it, but when it was delivered, I could tell the package had some substance because of the weight ! After I did some machining to fit it to my Lathe, it looks like a great bargain ! I spoke to Rocky who was very helpful, I will order from this outfit again ! Thanks for being there with some great products !

I ordered 1 gallon of Mobil 1 Rarus 427 Air Compressor Oil as its picture was showing its a gallon. They sent me 1 quart instead...be careful when you order from this seller

I cant give them 1 star given circumstances, but they could have performed better.I ordered a pair of calipers that did not meet standard. I am familiar w tools and machining-- the tool is defective or fake.Firstly I got blown off three times-- not responding to emails, then saying they will call me back and not doing so. Very used car salesman attitude.The reason they refused return was I had it for a month before using it, and time expired. I understand a time limit policy, but given they were still barely touched and defective, I think they could have accommodated. Also obviously not a fan of the customer service.

There was a shipping mistake made by the manufacture and Ajax took good care of us. Item arrived next day and no time was lost. Thank you!
