I know they are having a problem with staffing right now but not once have they had rude attitudes. So nice. My favorite Krogers is on 665 and Hoover Road.

The young woman who works in this store and takes care of me every week is so perfect for this position in the store. She is a great people person who I Iook forward to seeing every week. I love interacting with her and would like to get her a raise if I could!

Depending on the day or time there will be a line, especially Friday and Saturday nights. Quick and easy in and out, and Get your party on! 🙂

This liquor store is one of the best in a Kroger store. They have so much to choose from. The prices are fair and actually cheaper than some liquor stores in town. They have a great selection of wines to Bourbon. They even have gift sets around Christmas time. They make great gifts. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Try it out before you go to your favorite liquor store.

I am giving them three stars due to the fact, Gary a former employee had worked there for 10 plus years. Gary worked after having major surgery. Gary was fired due to an incident that was handled inappropriately!! I do however will have to say they do have a lot of varieties of liquor

Since I’ve moved to Columbus, this has been my liquor store of choice as it is very close to my home. After my experience last night, I will literally never step foot into this liquor store again. My boyfriend (age 24) and I (age 25) decided we wanted to make margaritas, so we hopped in the car and drove to this liquor store for some tequila. After deciding what we wanted, I grabbed the bottle off the shelf and headed to the register (normally my boyfriend is the one who grabs the bottle and walks up to the register, but I decided to take initiative because I felt like we had spent entirely too long picking out what we wanted and I just wanted to head home after a long week of work). I handed the cashier my ID, and he asked, “Do you by chance have a more recent ID?” Shoot. I forgot my ID was expired. By 22 days. Bummed, I look at my boyfriend. He asked the cashier, “Can I just buy it with my ID?” The guy said, “No, because she’s the one who went up and tried to buy it.” Okay, that’s understandable. So we walk out of the liquor store, into the Kroger area and gathered our thoughts. I wanted to just leave, but my boyfriend insisted on waiting a couple of minutes before he walked into the liquor store, alone, with a valid ID that states he is 24, to buy a bottle of tequila. This makes it a separate transaction. A few short minutes after I was aimlessly walking around Kroger, my boyfriend walks out of the liquor store empty-handed. I asked what happened. “I went into the liquor store, tried to buy it, and he’s like ‘Oh did you find a better ID?’ I thought he was joking with me, so I chuckled and said ‘Yeah I did’ and handed him my ID. He stared at me for 15 seconds and said ‘Well, where is it?’ I told him, ‘Right there, that one isn’t expired.’Cashier: You were just in here with your friend trying to buy this.Boyfriend: That’s my roommate, I’m buying this for me.Cashier: You just said you were buying this for your roommate.Boyfriend: I never said that.Cashier: I can’t sell this to you, this is the exact same kind that she was trying to buy.I understand and agree with not selling to someone with an expired ID. What’s NOT okay is choosing to not allow a 24-year-old with a valid ID to purchase alcohol because their 25-year-old friend, who’s outside of the liquor store, has an ID that expired 3 weeks ago. Terrible customer service and I will never go back.

Its a liquor store. One of the clerks is a really awkward fellow. Id prefer it if hes not there. He said brown bags are all they have and they are only for liquor..... I asked if he would put my groceries in there anyway and he said no. The guy actually let me walk out the door with an arm full of groceries.

I shop here all the time. The problem is 99.9% of the time an item or items are incorrectly price on my transaction. I check out at the u-scan so I can know exactly what price is wrong so I dont have to spend 20 minutes in the customer service line.

Kroger is a great place to shop and the employees are always freindly.

They have a surprisingly better selection than I wouldve expected at a grocery store. I dont drink often, but when I do, I get my alcohol from Kroger.
