We met with Michelle today to pick out all the lighting for our new house. She was extremely helpful and took so much time helping us pick exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend!
Beautiful lightning. Purchased an outside light this morning. Did not feel welcome and service is very cold. We were followed around .. no friendly hello or good morning. Will purchase again, just would like a nice greeting or a smile! Very poor customer service!
They will have what you need Beals if youre looking for a home or commercial light fixture. Large selection of parts and bulbs. Also a large variety of nice paintings and ceiling fans. They do lamp repair as well. Always have the parts I need for a job.
I purchased lighting for my kitchen in oil rubbed bronze. When I received the order, the finish was obviously black. The lighting container box says ORB, the company and Beals are misrepresenting the true color of the hardware. I returned to Beals to return order and trade for something in a true ORB that I wanted. Beals policy to return items is a 25% restocking fee!! Bad business policy is a understatement!! I spent approximately $900 cash for lighting. I have to pay $225 dollars to exchange! This wasn’t revealed to me with my purchase. I will not recommend them to anyone. I will be sure to let my redecorating friends and family know to stay far away from Beals Lighting!
