I ordered a knuckle boom from United Rental, and they completely sent the wrong boom lift (which I’m not happy at all) and I needed it for today. Called down Franklin Equipment and had it delivered within 1 hour. Franklin Equipment has my business from now on.

CAUTION, Company quoted us one price then sent an invoice for equipment we did not rent and was $3,000 over on a $4,000 rental. Very deceiving. We have been trying to get corrected for over a month and they will not return phone calls or answer emails. Very untrustworthy company
