Central Pump & Compressor (Valley Hotsy) is a great place to get your compressors and pumps repaired. To me when I go there they treat you very well and know you and your business. Their service counter is second to none and I look forward to continuing my business there. They make me feel like family.

AIMS Companies uses this supplier on a regular basis and has used this supplier in emergency situations as well. They always come through and always have inventory in stock. The sales people are very helpful.

Richard was very helpful he showed me the units I had questions about. He also showed me where to go on thier web page to fill out an application. They service what they sell and have most parts in stock. They also service other brands.

They got what I needed

Main Street Cleaners:Our production was off because our air compressor was out of service. When we told this to the company, they had someone there within hours to work with us. No waiting days for a technician from another city, and then they called and stopped inn to make sure we were satisfied with their work.Who would have thought, old fashioned service in todays world.

I’ve been in the pressure washing buisness for years and this by far is the worst service I’ve ever had. They have a full staff that knows nothing about pressure washers. Been there multiple times for parts and they never have anything I need. Your best bet is to shop online and fix your equipment yourself.

DO NOT take your equipment here to be worked on. I took my cold water unit to them & told them to run through the machine top to bottom and correct any issues that they ran into & to replace all the baskets and seals essentially putting my full trust in their expertise. At a $90/hr rate and $400+ later I get my unit back. I ran it for a few hours before it started to bog down. After further inspection I noticed that they put gear oil in the pump & pump oil in the gear box, had water in my pump, and my spark plug was shot. The customer service following up was a complete & total joke with a hostile women on the other end of the phone. These people are greasy salesmen and crooks.
