One of their trucks. On September 23 2021. Was driving on I-71 by weber rd. And dumped a bunch of rocks on my car. I proceed to call the company and instead of assisting me with finding out which route/driver messed up my bumper, the phone receptionist told me to just tell my insurance. And he says these things happen I guess the companies insurance is more important then morals. Im apart of a large trucking safety group on facebook. Ill be posting this information there as well. I have video of the truck and employees also.

Great place and quick to unload. Get there early, and a breakfast truck comes by, 0745 to 0800.

Drove 2 hrs to get some truck equipment. No where on their website does it say they are not letting customers in. Doors are locked. Only taking calls. Very disappointed

Told me a week to install service body on my truck. Body was painted before I drop off truck. I remove old bed for them. They are 3 day over due and I can not get straight answers on when truck will be done. Would not use them again I will be out 2000.00 in pay for the extra week that it seems to be taking because I need truck to make my living. They knew this when I drop it off and they don’t seem to care.

Took a truck in to get a plow mounted on the front and they scheduled me for a Wednesday. Thursday morning I called to check the status of where they were at on my truck and said it wouldnt be done till Friday.

They were courteous helpful and have reasonable prices.

Very poor customer service. Spoke to two different people on the phone, whom both lacked interpersonal skills; they sounded confused and just overall not friendly. When arriving at their business to pick up an item, again, lack of customer service skills. When reaching for my wallet, the employee stated “no, no, no, don’t get your wallet out yet;” giving off unprofessional and negative vibes. Will not return to this company

People are great but the parts lady isnt very customer oriented and is always right.
