I am in the process of buying a home with an in ground pool. We paid $175 dollars to have the pool inspected and were told at the time that it would be a complete inspection. My husband and I were there for the inspection and the inspector was very nice and explained some of the things that needed repaired. This morning I went to pick up the inspection report, opened it there and some of our concerns were not listed on the inspection. I tried to explain that the inspection was not correct and was told that they do not do a complete inspection. Only the important things. This is our first pool, we do not understand what is considered important. Mitch was who I spoke to and he was rude beyond beyond rude. I ask to speak to Matt, the owner, as he was there, but he refused to speak to me. I have been in business for over forty years and would never treat a client or customer the way Mitch treated! They certainly will NOT get any business from me. And, the best advertisement comes from word of mouth. I know a lot of people!

Raft to Rafters provides weekly maintenance for our pool. This is our first year using them for this service and I am beyond pleased with them! Lisa, our pool technician, leaves a detailed note each week about what she has done or needs to do, and she calls when necessary. Of the three years that my family has lived in this home, this is the first year that I have been able to enjoy our pool. Prior to hiring Raft to Rafters, it was all work and no play for me. I couldnt be happier!

Our hot tub is 12 years old. So we have needed to use their services for heating elements and leaks in hoses. All the service people are professional and understand the problems. Usually they can schedule service in a reasonable amount of time.

Great experience closing and opening our inground pool this past year. There was one small issue when opening the pool this year, but they responded quickly the same day and returned to fix it. Pricing is fair, and great communication.

Nice people and they run a nice store. They are not the greatest at scheduling pool closings, but they eventually got it done. The price though has me wondering if I need to look around the area for alternatives next year.

Staff that know their stuff they are top notch and wont ever steer you wrong, a great bunch of people that make you feel like family .
