Terrible customer service and attention to detail on a recent rush order for a customer in Cincinnati. Short shipped my original purchase order. My company then placed an additional purchase order on a Friday as the customer was in a break down situation for early AM delivery on Monday...again Pressure Connections dropped the ball as the product never shipped. Overall, it has taken almost 4 days to get the customer the material they were needing when it should have been a one day shipping point.

Absolutely horrible customer service. They apparently will only provide services to their existing customers. What a joke of a company.

Some of the employees are awesome to work with. Main issue is if this place goes thru people like crazy. And Gregg the guy in charge of the warehouse is a low life. Dont bother working here if you want something long-term. Everything cheap China product.
