Wow wow wow.would give negative stars if able.the entire staff is incompetent.went in today at 11:30 AM and purchased a pen. expressed my hesitancy at buying one because a precious brand I had leaked. employee (Evan) promised that they didn’t leak and had never had a problem with them. spent almost $100.a few hours later, I opened the product to see that it was completely empty and had leaked (long ago- as evident by the DRIED oil). I went back to the store- a different guy was working. told him the situation and he told me they didn’t do exchanges and I should have checked the product in store………… excuse me? not only is that bizarre but I wasn’t informed. employee said he was new and didn’t actually know how to handle the situation and that the owner should be contacted.so instead of him calling the owner, Jay, he gave me his number. needless to say- Jay did nothing. was absolutely worthless.he basically blamed me for the product leaking- telling me he placed the product himself and that he is sure it didn’t leak……. how he can tell through a box I don’t know but whatever.he offered nothing other than “sorry- your loss”.so a waste of $50 and very, very expensive lesson to never- EVER go here. and to ensure that I inform everyone of this sketchy place. go else where. not worth it.

The owner deleted my comment again like I said I’ve put my number and name down since it says now hiring but no calls or anything hiring sign has been up for months I think the owner needs to get it together especially when his prices are way over charged and he’s never stocked with anything but expired juices that they sell for a cheaper price they deleted my review since they don’t want the truth to be told. Just walk in you’ll see the expired juice sign

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE BUYER BEWAREThis place is a rip off to begin with (check prices online and you will find out). I can get past the prices but can’t get past the owner or managers customer service. Kid working there will put you on a speaker phone with manager or owner for any question or issue. I picked out a vape juice from a 25% basket. This basket was mostly filled with vape juice with no nicotine lol. I found one that had nicotine and had a $19.99 sticker on it. Went to purchase it thinking around $15 (easy math). Rang up at almost $30. Kid working there said he can’t do anything about it out me in with the owner/manager speaker phone and I was basically told whatever the price is in the computer is the price I have to pay. What a joke. My friend just brought a disposable Ecigg there today which died after 5 minutes and he went right back in to tell them. Was told no returns he is out of luck. To top it off this was an 800 hit disposable they charged him $18 for. You can get the same brand 1500 hits online from other vape shops for less than $11!!! If the owner/manager behind the speaker phone doesn’t make this right we will be exposing their practices to the mass public and better business bureaus.

Great customer service and Ryan was incredible in helping me find product since I just starting getting into vaping. They also had a wide variety of products for my future visit since I will be shopping again and woukd highly recommend it.

Only go in here if you want to get scammed or if you want to get stuff without getting IDed

Wonderful store. Very clean and professional yet personable. I want to note that I drove 30 minutes one way to come here because of the great reviews and Ive had bad experiences with other shops. The reviews were on point and true to my delight.Ryan was a cool dude. Helped me out to get everything I needed and gave me a 74 dollar discount, granted i spent alot, but I got alot of quality for my money and what I wanted. I would have paid more elsewhere and probably less quality vaporizers and liquid. Thanks Ryan. Be back soon

I stopped in today to get some juice and I was impressed by the service I received. The guy that helped me took the time to explain the flavors of a bunch of different juices to make sure I got what I was after. He also checked my rewards points before I left and made sure to tell me I had enough for a free bottle. This will be my go to vape shop from now on

Had an amazing experience at Vapor Maven. Store is set up beautifully, customer service was wonderful. They have amazing deals and flash sales at least once a week!! Everyone really seems to know what they’re talking about. Would definitely recommend and will sure be back next time!

I just bought a mod here yesterday to replace my current one, which was giving me some trouble. I explained my issue to the only shop attendant working at the time, who seemed very uninterested to help me find a solution. I told him I would like to stay under $60 for a new mod. After a few minutes of just starring at the mods in the glass case I simply chose the mod closest to me which rang up $85, purchased it, and went on my way. Today my friend was able to get my old mod to work again. So I went back to return this $85 mod only to find out that there is no return policy for mods even if returned within 24 hours. Had I known of this policy I would have thought twice before purchasing this now $85 paperweight. Overall this has been a sour one-and-only experience with Vapor Maven. Beware of the no return policy!

WARNING THIS PLACE IS A GIANT SCAM. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. I bought an Ooze Duplex off of them a month ago and it died. Would not hold a charge. They wouldnt take it back to to physical damage (from me trying every charger and micro usb combo in my house). Then went in a week ago to buy a Lokee Hyde and sure enough, it stopped working after a week! So Im out $75.00 total and have nothing to show for it. There are plenty of vap shops in and around CBus. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Learn from my mistake.

Trash company

I stopped in earlier today and spoke with an awesome guy Ryan. He assisted me with purchasing a new vape pen. Even helped me pick out a charger. He really hooked me up! Thanks Vapor Maven and Ryan.

Ive been there several times now. They are frequently out of stock on run of the mill items. Their rewards system is a joke. You get 10% off a purchase for every $100 spent if I understand correctly. I had already spent well over $100 before their rewards system was up and running and got no credit for it. To top it all off, last time I went there, a larger woman was sitting in the lobby with her bare feet (shoes off) on the table and swearing loudly with an empty mcdonalds bag next to her. Thats just disgusting. She appeared to have a personal relationship of some sort with the employee. This store is just another big box corporation that has no idea what its doing. There are far better vape shops within 1-2 miles of this place. I will say the employees have been very nice and eager to help. Being that its in a very convenient location, I would have been a long time customer. But I have truly has enough of this place and will never go back.
