I went with my husband today for a 6 month check up on his hearing aids. Hes been confusion using them. He was embarrassed to admit his problems.Dr. Kristi was very patient. She showed us that there was a problem linking them to his phone. It wasnt his fault. She reset the app and his hearing aids. He left Luebbe Hearing Services hearing much better and feeling much more confident.

Both product quality and service offered by Marylou and her team was fantastic. She went above and beyond in exceeding my expectations for not only the hearing test, but also in finding me the right instruments, fitting them for me and explaining all the technology. Today, July 29,2020, was a real challenge for me getting my cousin, Joan, into the office. She didn’t bring her walker or a cane. I was not able to get the wheelchair the nursing home gave me, into my car. Joan had quite a bit of difficulty getting out of the car and, she felt lost without her walker or a wheelchair. Lara, the receptionist at Luebbe Hearing Services, saw us struggling and came to the rescue with a wheelchair! Things went very smoothly once inside the office. Ive been using Luebbe Hearing Services since 1980, and have been extremely happy with their services. They bend over backwards to make everything right. As a professional musician, I know exactly what I want to hear where music (especially classical) is concerned, and through their expertise and guidance on state-of-the-art hearing aids, I get exactly what I want. Though my hearing has deteriorated a great deal over the years, music still sounds wonderful. Great sound in every range. Speech is great, too, but less of a concern for me than music. If you are a musician, you may need to try out different hearing aids before you settle on the right ones and the right adjustments, but it can be done. Technological advances have been amazing that way, too.

I have been to Lubbe 5 times and they always give great service. Erin, who tested & fit me for hearing aids has been the best consultant I have ever used (this is my 3rd set of hearing aids, and by far the best quality of device & most helpful & informed service Ive had). I highly recommend them.

I did not want to admit that I have a hearing problem, but I could not ignore it any longer... The ringing in my ears had gotten to the point that I have forgetten what total silence feels like... I am a teacher and had to have students repeat questions several times before I could understand what they were asking me. I knew I had to do something about my hearing but I had reservations. The thought of being 35 years old and having hearing problems and potentially needing to have hearing aids was depressing and troubling. However, I made an appointment to see Dr. Rostorfer. I am so glad that I made that phone call to make an appointment! Dr. Kelly Rostorfer was amazing! She took the time required to make me feel comfortable about my condition; making me feel at ease that I was making a great change for myself and my loved ones. Terrible customer service. They are only interested in making the sale. Their online chat will only point you to a sales associate. Red tape and multiple levels of service only guarantees you will be paying a premium for the device.

It had been a decade since my last hearing test and I was very impressed with the whole process. Everyone was really nice too.

Our technician was excellent, dispelling any nerves we might have been having prior to hearing test. Afterwards she went over the results clearly and did a good job of not pushing us to more hearing aid than we needed. She went out of her way to match the deal our insurance offered. The only down side was that as we were leaving, the owner herself cornered us for about 10 minutes, in what felt like a poorly disguised attempt to upsell us to a more expensive hearing device. Thus 4 stars, not 5.

I could not be happier with Luebbe Hearing Services. I recently began experiencing tinnitus and was quite anxious and upset. After seeing an ENT who did not provide any other help besides learn to live with it, I decided to visit Luebbe .My first appointment was scheduled within a week of my call. Erin Good was compassionate, understanding, very knowledgable and professional. The staff is friendly and I never wait past my appointment time. Erin was able to help me find some relief from the tinnitus with hearing aids. I am very grateful to her and will recommend this practice to anyone with hearing needs.

These folks took such great care of my Dad. In fact, they may have saved his life. The audiologist noticed a spot in his ear during a fitting. She suggested he get it looked at right away. It turned out to be melanoma. Hed just had a physical a few weeks earlier. If the Audiologist hadnt questioned that spot, it might have been found too late. They always treated him with respect and caring.
