Went in the shop wasnt able to get anything accomplished at this particular time at a new staff member I believe they need to change the programming of the computers so that you can pull up things by name so that its not a 20-30 minute search for pictures or designs that should be able to be typed in this is something I expect a headquarters hopefully can look at and have the it reprogram the computer or upgraded whatever it is they need to do hopefully Ill be able to get the experience purchase the hats I want it from out of there soon

Drove across town to buy some new hats. web site stated they were to open saturday at 11 inside Tuttle mall. We were there at the mall from 12:30 to 1:30 and they never opened.

Well after a lot of searching at other Lids they have XL fitted hat I have been looking for. Found my new hat destination inside Eastland just like the good old days!

Overall, The store its self is ok. Small & a little tight if a small crowd forms. Cashiers are usually friendly, a little talkative, but that’s part of their job. Only negative thing I have to say is during this pandemic the store is open during odd hours. It isn’t open with the rest of the mall during business hours sometimes. Frustrating when you just want a new ball cap.

Dude was busy when we first walked in but still greeted us and was helpful. He answered any questions we had and was knowledgeable about the product. Very efficient with the time he needed to help us with the purchase and the embroidery was dope! Thank you!

Very very helpful and friendly, went to Easton and couldnt find what we wanted. They called around and found exactly what you need at Eastland, asked if they can hold it for and they did. Its been awhile since I had a store do something like that for me. Thank you LIDS!!!!

I was ready to buy a hat but i was totally ignored. I walked around for at least 3 minutes not even a can i help u and it wasnt many people in there so being busy isnt an excuse. I will still shop at lids just not that particular location in Monroe,OH

I was so happy to find this hidden Gem in Eastland Mall. Per the recommendation of my Facebook friends I was headed to Easton. Whenever I ask for a suggestion they send me north since we grew up on the northside but my husband began driving toward Eastland. I informed him that most stores were closed in the mall. He told me there was a whole hat store and me being me I just had to consult with Google. SURPRISE!!!! Lids was open for business! In fact they opened at 12pm but a very polite gentleman named Durell answered the phone at 11:57! Now thats called ready ta go! He gave me so much info over the phone that it made the transaction smoother once I arrived. He helped me choose a great font and color that accentuated the red on my Dads Buckeye Cap. Needless to say my Dad loved it and well be back to purchase more personalized caps. Thanks so much Durell! Great customer service will always be a game changer!

The assistant manager was a great guy well rounded, leader always on point with cust service and he should be a corporate trainer young guy. but only would go in when he was there havent seen him so i keep it moving
