This outlet (on Gemini) doesnt have a lot of the odd things the downtown store has; maibox covers, birdhouses, engraved rocks etc. Tons of shirts and hats though.

There is a large selection of just about any Ohio State item you could ever want! The prices are the biggest complaint as they were high and even the sales or specials didn’t offer enough savings to warrant me making a purchase. The staff is helpful and they also offer an on-site embroidery department that can customize anything you want.

They have a lot of stuff, just not what I was looking for.

Great buckeye selection

Treated very poorly the second we walked in the door cause my son with special needs wasnt wearing his mask properly so we walked right back out. That place needs to train staff to be more professional & not to be so rude especially to special needs kids we will never step foot in that store ever again!

Really frustrating. Showed up with a gift card, found the perfect item, signed up for a new Lids Access Pass for $5 and yet, was told their gift cards arent functioning today. What?!

For fans this place is perfect. It has everything you need from caps over socks, jerseys, toys to hoodies and shoes.I just have 2 things I dont like..1. The prices are just too high. I get that its branded but some things are just too expensive...2. The material of the clothes could be better. More stuff with more cotton would be nice. They only have things with a very high polyester percentage.

Great variety of buckeye stuff

Wanted to purchase an item. Only one in store of its kind. Did not have a tag with price on it. They were rude to me, I felt like they thought I purposely removed the tag. Told them they lost my business. I know I am only one person, but I was offended.

Customer service is AWFUL. We spent alot of money (not hard to do, pricy)The staff had no training or experience but, the manager was on his phone the entire time telling them the answers to our questions. Believe me it wasnt a business call either. Poor Management.

Polaris location staff was unhelpful with a return, went to Lane Ave location 20 minutes later and had zero issues with the same return. Wish the staff was better at this location.
