They always have what I need at a fair price and the staff is friendly and helpful. Bigger hardware stores serve a wider range of needs, but theres no beating Aces convenience and pricing if you just need a few things for simple home repairs and projects. This is a good location that gives the chain a good name.

I like that I can find stuff here that you cant find at Home Depot or Lowes . Theyre prices are pretty high but its worth it because you dont have to go to Lowes or Home Depot. Plus you cant walk in the store and be invisible... someone is going to be right there to help you ASAP. Not like the big guys that you have to beg for help.

I was over there 4/1/21 about 2:30pm to get my chainsaw out of the repair shop. I asked an elderly white headed lady at the cash register if I could talk to somebody in the repair shop and ask them what I did wrong to cause it to stop running. She replied in a very Kurt tone of voice, theyre all very busy now and they dont have time to talk to you . I did not like the way she responded.

Home Hardware is the best hardware store bar none..I went to get parts for my exmark zero turn mower.A very professional parts tech waited on me.His name was J R,he was very knowledgeable about the parts that I needed,and made me feel as if I was the only customer in the store.He was very courteous and extremely respectful.I wouldnt shop anywhere else for my parts..and the good thing is,all of the employees are the same way,every time I go there..5 stars doesnt give them the rating they deserve..maybe 10 would work better.I highly recommend this place of business..

Terrible service!! I needed some parts for my kitchen sink and a blade for my lawn mower. I asked an older large guy with glasses for help and he started yelling across the store! I was shocked with the display. Finally! a shorter older man came to help me, but he was not helpful at all. I needed a piece to plug my kitchen sink and replace a leaking pipe. I even brought the pipe I needed to replace, but the guy kept trying to sell me a bunch of stuff I know I didnt need. He had no idea what he was doing. At least it was not all bad. When I went to get my lawn mower blade a young guy knew exactly what I needed and the blade fit perfect. I guess the store really needs to get the older guys with no knowledge out and replace them with more motivated and knowledgeable people.

I enjoy shopping at Home Hardware! They have great customer service. When you order a part & they say it will be here in 3 days, it will be here! I enjoy that they cut up with each other & are not strictly all-serious! It makes the atmosphere more cozy feeling! They treat their customers great! I have been frequenting their establishment for years & i thoroughly enjoy every visit!

Very busy, well stocked store that I truly liked, location great, parking tight but youre able utilize a truck. Only knock is getting help, thats questionable.

This place is great! Everything you need for home DIY projects and repairs. The associates are extremely friendly and helpful helpful! Two gentlemen helped me get a hose line adapter for my fridges icemaker ... and I was so ignorant about the sizing etc but they picked one out for me and it worked like a charm! THANKS! I will certainly be using this place as my go-to!

Theres a Post Office within the Store itself, totally convenient. During the Holiday Season they have a great Pecan Munchies Display. They copy keys, tool rental, and a variety of other Home Hardware services/ accessories available here. 4 stars because sometimes visiting customers seem like their not respectively shopping. More like bickering.

Ive always had a pleasant experience shopping at ACE Home Hardware, no mater who I dealt with, be it Seth (the owner), or Bill, or Mike, or Chuck, or Lamar, but beware, this store is busy and if you call, be prepared to be patient, as Ive been put on Hold almost every time Ive called - I always get through, eventually, but Im not good on being patient, so I just drive on over when I need something. Oh, and Im enjoying the heck out of the new Exmark zero turn lawn mower that I bought from them. When I went there to look at their Exmarks, Bill took the time to talk to me about the mowers, he was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I live in north Columbus and have been using the one off St Marys Rd, which is a good bit away from me, and am really glad that Seth is opening a new ACE Home Hardware store this coming Monday (8/28/17) off Blackmon Rd, a whole lot closer to me.Ill continue to shop with them.Bobby Tefft
