Happened to be in the right place at the right time last year. Found my husband the best drill and drill bits for no more than $40. He still uses it today. One of his favorite gifts from me.

Went in yesterday for a car dollie and couldnt find them. Was told by shift lead manager if they had any they would be down there. Was no help. Got to the register an the cashier he was wonderful. Found the item an sent the manager to go get it. Came right back with it. The male cashier that was working around 11am yesterday should be the manager. He obviously cares more about your customers and his job.

Good place to shop for a budget, some tools are ok some are not, 20 ton press used once not even near capacity and bent main beam and insert platform, definitely needs some redesigning...will be returning.

This location is alright.Same cheap, single use tools.Employees are alright, but the way the checkout area is set up SUCKS. Great big cardboard box set up to enforce the covid distance mandates right in front of the counter that makes it really hard to swipe your card. You gotta lean way over and reach out over top.Definitely NOT ada compliant.

Didnt have the parts needed on-line showed 1 in stocks went to the store not there Oh!well

Always a good deal, last time I went in I got a credit card and walked out with $1000 worth of stuff no interest....like dang theyre practically giving this stuff away.

Seems like the three Harbor Freight stores that Ive been to were pretty much set up the same way. I dont recall ever needing a raincheck or to go to another store for a sale or regularly priced item. Merchandise is low priced but not cheaply made but if there is an issue they are quick to resolve in a most positive way. The associates at the three stores where I shop are friendly, knowledgeable, and you seldom have to hunt one down for assistance.

Cheap tools are the best tools especially when they break you can get new ones for free.....

Half of the store was empty. I couldnt find half of what I needed due to so little inventory in stock. I have them 4 starts because their employees were extremely helpful and friendly. I give them 5 stars.

Ok man, its harbor freight, dont really expect much longevity from anything outside of old school manual tools from them. With that said, bought a el cheapo sonic cleaner for 70-80ish bucks.... It lasted all of 3 hours. Lol Lesson learned

Good place to pick up cheap tools. The tools dont last like the high price ones but theyre great if you see a new type of tool and just want to check it out and see how much youll use it before spending the big bucks. Or those specialty tools you only use once or twice but must have for certain jobs. I love the dollies they have here. Theyre heavy weight with good casters and theyre very inexpensive. Love their coupons and sales. All around decent place to pick up automotive and household tools.

Overall, this store is pretty good as to having a good variety of products. The staff was very helpful as they ran around like a bunch of ants fixing up the place and taking care of other customers. Of course you get what you pay for but there is a high end version of most things. This time (as is maybe once in a great while), there were a few too many boxes on the floors. I still recommend this store and will be going back as needed.

No one asked if I needed help. When I couldnt find something I was looking for I had to ask, when I did ask they said maybe with the hammers? I went to the hammer aisle and still couldnt find it. I looked all over the store still couldnt find it. They definitely did not seemed interested in helping me either. Not a good experience at all.

Its what youd expect for a tool shop. Workers are helpful and the place has almost anything youd need in terms of tools. The coupons are a must-have for this place, since theyre such a bargain (coupons will often show up in the mail amongst other coupons, specifically in TheBAG coupons). That, and you can sign up for their free emails which has coupons. Place is pretty awesome overall.

The store on 161 is great. Workers are friendly they walk around and see if they can help you. The one on West broad Street night and day!! I will say that the manager is a good guy but the cashier I had. Terrible!! Should be in a different line of work. I was biting my tongue. I had to get some tools for a job and was on a tight budget so I had to stay. I even bagged up my own stuff as she stood there picking her nails!! So very rude!! So I will only go back if I absolutely need a tool and Im on that side of town. If I can help it Ill spend the extra to avoid giving them my business. I even sprung for the insider track club card a few months ago. Thats another issue in itself.

HF is not what it used to be. I do like that they are marketing better quality tools in some of their lines, and they are still a good to pickup some items such as shipping blankets, pallet carts, etc. Competition (such as Rural King) are stocking good stuff at better prices.I also feel they do a little false advertising with their 20% off coupons. Theres very little you can actually buy with it. Most good items are exempt.

But its worth it, the customer service is exceptional . always staffed and easy to find a staff member when needed for assistance or opinions. Very very clean store and well organized. Not overwhelmingly busy. Im a do-it-yourself type of person so I come here for my tools, hardware, and sometimes just to see the endless possibilities of things I want to do in the near future. Also they have great taste in music!

I went there with the intention of buying a drill press with my 25% off coupon that stated that it is good for Central Machinery products and they said that had changed. I walked out. That is false advertising. And illegal. Thanks Harbor Freight for not honoring you advertisements. Lost my business!

I went in to see about a bolt cutter and walked out a very happy man. I got a 36 inch bolt cutter at a very good price. I would have been happy to have gotten a 24 inch but for the price I got on the 36 I am very happy. I love to go in and look around to see if there is anything that I cant live without. Lol

In typical Harbor Freight fashion there is a small store packed to the gills with every tool imaginable. But being a small store navigating the store on crutches isnt ideal (I had some great coupons so I couldnt wait until I was crutch free to shop again lol). That being said the staff went above and beyond helping me not only to stop clumsily navigating a cart around the store but they also guided me directly to the items I was looking for (less crutching is always appreciated) and helped get everything together into the cart and later into my vehicle. Their sheer kindness, patience, friendliness, and professionalism helped make a potentially painful and awkward shopping trip a success. Im kicking myself for not remembering the names of the staff members that helped but the young lady and the gentleman working the store as well as the check out clerk were great! I highly recommend this store!

I love going here to look at the tools and odds and ends things. A lot of their tools are much cheaper than the big box stores. Ive always received good service here too.

So Harbor Freight Tools Im not writing them three stars because theyve done anything wrong Im writing them three stars because they are insanely great place to shop but some of the quality on some of the items since the stuff for a little bit however if you want cheap tools at a great price including even up to Milling machines they also have a 1-800 number they can you can order just about any tool you want from them for a small price to pay I know they have Milling machines lathe metal Benders hydraulic presses pretty much at standard machine shop stuff they have wood lathe vacuum for dust collection you know thats more of the bigger stuff they have. They have welders. They have pretty much any type of socket wrench drill bit countersink bit nail gun anything you could want pretty much every stores always running some sort of coupon. You can sign up for coupons. And get really good deals I only rates in three stars because on a few products Ive had Ive had some issues but not many out of about the past sixty products I purchased I think five of them had some in minor issues and one had a serious issue where it snapped off in my hand but that wasnt too bad honestly I was able to get it replaced for no cost

Tool quality is good for lite use. Employees are not very smart or friendly. Long checkout lines. If saving a buck is your most important criteria then this place is all right but if quality is important pay a little more and shop else where.

I came in and looked at Jacks looking for a farm jack and was asked if I needed help by a passing worker. The farm Jacks are close to the same area but are on the end of Aile.

Was very surprised by the quality of tools they carry. I assumed, just from stories heard that I would see low quality junk tools. I was wrong and will be back as soon as i can.

I do not like this Harbor Freight especially the young female manager. Had a tool that I purchased still had the receipt and it had never been opened and she refused to return it. I used to be a very regular customer not any longer.

Very happy with the store, the staff is super nice and helpful. I have generally had much success with the products. Many of the tools I have from there have saved me tremendous labor and money.My beef is with the fact that so much of the product sold has been damaged in transit. The people at the warehouse must power Slam all boxes. You can walk down about every Isle and see merchandise that is damaged.
