Dropped off a brand new rifle, brand new scope in box. Got a quote for dipping it and mounting scope. Signed a waiver for dipping scope, guy drew on the scope box which parts to tape off, we had a CRYSTAL CLEAR agreement.I come in today to pick rifle up, scope not painted and they want to charge me an extra $100 to do it, which would have brought my total to $400.......... So for the $300 I did spend, they apparently dipped over the soft textured grips then spray painted them back black, removing the texture. Theres over spray and chips in the dip. Theres 2 seem lines where they appeared to have dipped it twice. Unlike other high priced hydrodip places I quoted in Atlanta, this one doesnt do any kind of protective coat, its just dipped. Looks very amateur.Even though I signed the scope dip waiver and showed them the writing on the box about the scope(which was left with them for reference), they insisted that they didnt know anything about it and it would be an extra $100 to do the scope. The guy who took my order stayed in the back and watched me argue with the lady at the counter.Not a good value for your $, not good customer service and the quality of work was below expectations. Tried to support a local business vs going to Atlanta but learned from that mistake.

Very knowledgeable, professional, and honest! Keith installed a Wilson Combat custom trigger on my Colt 1911 and did an awesome job, not only with the install, but also with some other issues he discovered when he took the gun apart. His expertise will have me coming back in the future for all my gunsmith needs. Quality work at a very reasonable price.

I have only had limited experience with him, but, he did a buffer tube swap on my AR9. It took him only a few minutes to complete and it ran me $20 (originally he quoted me $40 over the phone). Reasonable prices (from what I have seen so far) and he seems like a good guy with an honest business. My only complaint, and albeit, its a minor one, I would have preferred to see him use an actual torque wrench on the castle nut. Just something Im a stickler about. Having said that, he has been doing this for years and is experienced enough to know what right feels like. Besides, I know that if I have any issues down the line, hes just a phone call away and I know hell do what he can do make it right.

These guys did a great job on my rifle that I brought in with a minor issue that could’ve ended badly if not done properly.They took care of it promptly and with excellent care. If you’re looking for a gunsmith that is going to do the job right look no further.

I called about a week n a half ago about my rifle not ejecting after firing unless I used a rubber mallet to knock the bolt to rear! I was advised to use some copper cleaner before I spent the money bringing it in for them to work on, they are looking out for the costumer instead of just making a buck in my opinion!!! Thanks a million again and I will be recommending them to everyone.

The wife and I saw Keith about Cerakoting a couple of pistols. A day after discussing our design ideas and snapping a few pictures of our guns he was able to provide us with digital renderings of what the finished product would look like. This is such a good idea. By seeing a rendering first we were able to make adjustments to the colors on my wife’s pistol. Keith also went above and beyond on the design I had planned for mine. Providing the renderings eliminates any confusion or misunderstandings & puts everyone on the same page. I also suspect that Keith may have some mysterious sixth sense or psychic abilities as he knew what I was looking for better than I did.

Some of the smoothest action I’ve ever seen in a rifle and the balance of the weight resulted in hardly any recoil.The work that Keith from Hero’s of Valhalla produce is amazing.While shopping around for an AR, I would constantly ask Keith for his opinion or advice on this rifle or that one. Being a subject matter expert when it comes to firearms and shooting, I valued his opinion. When he told me that he was making a custom AR rifle with the crests of our old Battalion and Division and showed me a picture of the finished project, I was immediately sold.After ordering my rifle, I waited on pins and needles for it to come in. Finally the day came to go and pick it up, and all I can say is that I was blown away. When I firsted opened the case, I was immediately drawn not only to the perfectly laser etched crests of the 2nd Battalion 87th Infantry Regiment of the 10th Mountain Division, but also the overall ellagance of the entire rifle.On first picking up the rifle, I noticed that it was slightly heavier than I thought it would be. But on holding the rifle and looking through the sights, I realized the balance of the rifle. Keith had put in plenty of time making sure that it was perfectly balanced to give the best possible accuracy.When I took the rifle out to shoot, I was again amazed. Every part of the rifle was out put together with the utmost thought. It was a little different for me firing a brand new rifle that was put together with maximum efficiency. I put about 40 rounds through it, and let my son fire 10. Now I know 50 rounds isn’t a lot, but I didn’t have a single problem while firing. As I said before, I let my 11 year old son fire it, and even he barely had any recoil, and was just as accurate as his .22 he had just been firing.
