I have been coming to this pawn shop for a while. The customer service is the best in town. I feel like I can get good deals and good prices. The workers are honest. I trust them and will continue coming back and doing more business with these guys!

Walked into here with a 300 dollar gold chain and there “jewelry expert” wouldn’t even look at for more than 2 seconds without saying it’s fake. I went and sold the same chain to a different pawn shop for 200 dollars. Either ace pawn shops workers are just idiots or that don’t want to buy jewelry because they can’t sell what they have

Online says 6pm but I called them and they told me 5 pm I drove up at 5:01 pm and wouldnt see me as a customer. Not very good customer service

Ive been doing business, with the owner, of this store for years.hes always very professional.and his staff is as well.I wont do business, with anyone else.He,s been nothing! but very kind and respectful! to me and My fiance.and for someone, to post a bad review .about them makes me angry.If you was treated rudely its because you behaved rudely.and as with anyone of course he told you about yourself.I know the owner.he didnt treat you any way,you didnt deserve.I love this business.

Absolutely horrible experience and not an ounce of professionalism. I drove over 3 hrs to pick up an item and could not have communicated more clear in the days leading up to the trip and especially on the day. Was respectful throughout and in the end I was told that I am high. In the end it is your choice to do business with whom ever you want. This time around the choice was made for me as I did almost everything possible to make sure our agreed upon deal went smoothly. Also, this place is located right around the corner from save a lot in a shopping center...I was not in wrong place. However, this apparently seems to be the only leg they feel they can stand on as I was told I was at the wrong place.

They are super helpful on the phone and in store. they know what they are talking about and their prices are reasonable. They have helped me on numerous occasions. if they hadnt been there i wouldnt have found a laptop for work at a decent price during covid. Thanks!

Every time I call they answer and help me out so much over the phone. And ask about prices and they do their best to tell me what they can do over the phone and then tell me to come on in & they are always so nice so friendly and I always get the best deals ! This is the only pawnshop I will go to !

Have a question do thy sell ammo here nver been here trying find close place bc have no car

In about 4 different places, the hours show that the place is open until 6:00. There is ONE piece of paper on the door, that says they will begin closing at 5:30. Thats annoying, but understandable. BE SURE YOU UPDATE YOUR HOURS ON LINE. Next, when I can see you in there, and youre not on the phone, leaving it off the hook is insulting. Until now, Ive bought things from you. I guess Ill spend my money elsewhere. Finally, if youre going to close at 5:30, and lock the door before its even that late, TURN OFF THE OPEN SIGN. I wasnt even going to yell at anyone over the fact that you FAILED to update your internet presence, or even wait until it was actually 5:30! I was just planning to tell you to turn off the sign that tells the world that youre OPEN, when your new hours have you closing at 5:30 (and I stepped up to your door at 5:27). I understand not wanting to deal with a browsing shopper at three minutes before closing time on New Years Eve, but you really look dumb, when 6:00 is plastered all over the front windows, it isnt even 5:30, and youre too thick to even look up, at me, and understand that Im trying to help you not look like an idiot, by turning off your OPEN sign. I guess theres no helping some people. If theyre determined to not see, when an opportunity for help presents itself, and not turn off the OPEN sign, some people are just beyond help. I guess Ill go back to doing business elsewhere.

I have grew up on the westside of Columbus. This pawnshop is one of the originals still here. The guys who run the shop are solid, honest guys. They will always offer a fair price and respect you and your property. They sale good quality products, at a fair price. My family has done business with these fellas for over 20 years. I love doing business with them looking forward to many more years. Thanks Guys.

I called them to ensure that they were open. I spoke with a lady on the phone who told me to come on down. All I had to do was cross Broad Street and by the time I got there they were closed for lunch. The sign said be back in 15 minutesI patiently waited for 25 minutes and the doors were still closed. Very rude very unprofessional.

Ive been going to this place for over a decade, and Ive never had the owner treat me with any disrespect. If youre trying to sell something, You have to understand that they are running a business. They cant pay you full price for an item because they wont turn a profit when they turn around and sell it. All in all, I think its a good local business and I will hopefully be going there through the next decade.

I laugh at the comments about the older gent being a dick. Its just a demeanor and if you take two minutes to talk to him, youll see hes not so bad. Granted, the younger blonde guy is a bit nicer but hey, we cant all be peaches now can we? Theyre just doing their jobs l. Trust me you get the best prices in Columbus here. Period.

No stars..... very rude and not helpful and i had a work shirt on, so he called my work trying to get me fired, because I told him his prices were too high!! One week before Christmas, so needless to say I will never be back in his store, or recommend anyone!!!

The owner sold me a $2000 laptop for $600. Whenever I am in need they will give me way more than any other pawnshop will for my T.V because they know im coming back. The other pawnshops in the area dont give a damn about the customer and only see $$$$. Only pawnshop left that still believes in PAWNING stuff for quick cash until you can come back to get it. 5🌟

I thought I could trust them, Now I want nothing to do with them. I bought a portable air condition from them and they swore up and down it was brand new, I used it for a while and the plug went bad so I tried to ask them about it and they said they got a year warranty from the company, I called the company and asked them and they said it didnt come with one. So I talked to the people of the pawn shop to get a refund on it and they denied it. They sold me something used, lied about it, didnt want nothing to do with it and gave me a bit of an attitude when confronting them, these people arent qualified to be in business.

The staff is fairly rude.. I assume maybe its because they are Russian and maybe just dont understand english fully!? The young guy was pretty cool..He was willing to do buisness, but we failed to make a deal because they couldnt check my equipment out because a hole in thier ceiling destroyed there reciever!? I dont know if I would ever want to pawn something here just because of that. All in All my experience here wasnt the best. The building standards itself is pretty crummy, and the people.. Mainly the older fella, Was kind of a dick! Like I said, I dont know if its because hes a foreigner or what not? But the guy just looks and acts like hes misrable to the world. If you do decide to come here.. Deal with the younger guy with blonde hair!
