Yasmin market has really gone down in quality in recent years. Horrible customer service and my family has been shopping there for a long time. Store is big, but selection of goods can be found at better stores like Saraga or any other halal meat market.

Yasmin market is my go to place for halal goat, lamb and beef. It has a vast collection of middle eastern and Indian groceries as well. They recently expanded their shop and it is spacious and has a lots of goods.

One of the very few African Markets with the spacious feel and customer service found in conventional grocery stores. Its a great place to shop for anything African. I gave it 4 stars only because the cue at the meat line is usually too long.

Really nice store! They have a wide selection of international products, foods, a meat department, fresh fruit and vegetables. The store is very clean, and the associates are helpful. They have several different brands of products to choose from of each product, and a really good selection of naan, better than other places. Going to make this our preferred market.

Went here looking for 2% milk and shredded cheese and they didnt have either of these items.

They treat customers like prisoners. They have good selections of meat and overseas product though. But the owner and people working there are not friendly at all !! Its like they all hate you and want you to get out of their store ASAP. I wouldnt recommend.

Busy little middle eastern market with plenty of parking. The meat counter is amazing and there is usually a line of people waiting to be served. Plenty of variety in fresh produce, frozen and canned goods. If you arent sure where to look dont be afraid to ask - the staff is very helpful and will even suggest alternatives if the item you are looking for isnt available.

I have visited this store once while traveling through Columbus, a friend to mine recommended this store to me. I found this store clean, a lot of halal items are their. Bakery is working and fresh middle east bread are available, the owner treated me good. Great Great place for middle east and Mediterranean foods and ingredients. Good prices and section of spice! Also dried beans and pulses. Good little produce section. A busy meat section and active butcher shop.

Ive been shopping at Yasmin market since 2004! It is a family owned business and back then it was smaller. My first impression of the owner then and now remains the same, very kind with great since of humor! Im extremely pleased with his business dealings because unlike other halal markets in town, hes reinvested in his market for the benefit of us customers. Other markets have the same old freezers, registers, space and/or products. Hes modernized, expanded (with size, products and staff) and has kept the property safe for customers!I am black American woman and I have never been disrespected nor been made to feel like a lower class person by the owner, his family or staff! Im extremely surprised of reviews stating the owners are racists against blacks or refuse business, as the majority of their staff and customers are either black or African. Sadly, I believe a few people have a vendetta against this family because their statements do not match up with reality. Perhaps, some should take a step back and realize that this is a diverse business with diverse customers (we are in America) and everyone does not have the same mannerisms. Stop looking for bad in everything and look at the good because theres a lot of good going on at Yasmin. Very good grocery store. Everything sold here is halal for the benefit of Muslims. Lamb, chicken, fish and many more are available to buy. The holy Quran, praying mats and other religions stuff are also sold here. And I think there prices are reasonable compared to other stores. Check it out.

Goat meat is very good here and also other groceries have a comparative pricing.. staffs are really good and responsive.. Few groceries are cheaper here.. need to get there before 7pm to get the meat but available till 8pm.. can opt for few vegies as well..

The best place to buy your meats everything halal

I have no problem with the store but that cashier who thinks her fake nails are worth more than my groceries keeps dropping my stuff in the bags. She will not say hi to customers or even look in your face.

Been eating here for 2 years. I stopped eating in American Supermarkets. They are pumping us full of garbage and chemicals. Which makes us unhealthy. The food here is affordable safe, healthy and I an free from migraines, sluggishness, and stomach issues. The best place to shop for amazing food and seasonings.

This place completely disgusting, apart from their poor customer service, the owner and his son are very rude. after i was waiting long queue for more than one hour, they gave me wrong order because those workers on the meat cutting area are very disappointed. this place deserves to boycott

When you go to meat section, workers there do not care. When you come to cashier same thing, in this huge store, I didnt find any person who really cares, nobody bother to say hello, thanks, nothing at all .

The worst experience ever with my African husband today. So me and him went to the store with a receipt because he brought some meat and left one package there at the market. He went to the lady cashier and she said go to the manager. So the manager took his receipt. Because he took all the proof my husband had. He acted like he was going to find a resolution for the missing meat he left. So he ask the manager to replace or give his money back. Long story short another man. Im assuming his son. Steps in said its not the store responsibility to replace it. But its funny because every American store I go too. They replace and give money back. My husband was patient and was not rude at all Untill they refused to find a solution to his purchased items. So my husband keep ranting on and on. Still he refused to solve the problem. Even though a worker said he did leave his meat there. All of the store owners were rude to the African women cashier. Yelling at her and was mad at her like it was her fault. I went off too! Because all stores should replace left items. But they refuse. This man was rude after I told my husband. He should stop shopping with Arabics because of this reason specifically. Yes they hire African descents. But they talk poorly about us and treat us rudely like they did my husband and the cashier. He also was mad because of my statement. But its true some Arabics only care about Black peoples money and have very little respect for us. My husband said he will not return. Im happy because you dont treat people that way. Especially when the customers are predominately Black! He said all I do is know how to cuss and Im consuming his air. I told him off. Im here for my husband. I dont shop at your stores! He stated call the police after the manger took my husbands receipt. But the funny thing is this market sell bongs and most of them drink and have the nerve to judge me. Not only they stolen my husband meat he brought, they didnt care to replace it at all. So yes anybody would be upset!!!!! Please Black people there a many African markets in Columbus Ohio. These men are rascist and disrespectful. They wouldnt even have a bussiness without our purchases.
