This location is excellent with outstanding customer service. Its always very clean and they have everything in stock. Publix prices are more than the competition but it is usually worth it just for the shopping experience. Theyre buy one get one deals are excellent and can even out the price with the competition.

Really like Publix supermarket! Able to get my medication at low cost with goodrx coupon..very valuable for someone with no insurance! Clean supermarket, wide variety of options with good sales and friendly staff. Wish they had self checkout because sometimes the lines are long during peak hours but overall great place to shop and get medication!

Love the grocery store. If you there for the shot there is no 10 dollar gift card. Just giving the heads up.

Publix is clean and well as stocked. This Publix only had brown rice sushi at the time and I would have liked a variation which was not available.

This review is solely for the hot food section of the deli. Got there at like 8:02, sat and waited to be helped. Guy ( who I believe was the manager) came up at 8:07 and told me he couldn’t serve me because they shut it down at 8. Keep in mine they hadn’t put anything away. They then threw all of the food in the trash. He could have easily given it to me and I would have paid but chose to throw it away. I realize I got there a couple minutes late(not even realizing that side was closing) but I really feel like he could have helped me out instead of turning en away and throwing all the food away.The deli worker made me and sand and was so much kinder.

I am an Instacart shopper and customer.(insert oh great here. I know thats what most store employees think of us. You see it on their faces) Petra was my cashier. She looked up when she saw me. I said Hi. This is 2 curbside orders. She didnt say anything or communicate it to the bagger. Her face changed to a look of annoyance. (I know..i know). The bagger starts putting it in pastic. I said again oh this is curbside. 2 orders. the chit chat stops there because no one likes doing curbside orders. Then it looks like i didnt communicate this in the begining when i did. Petra just looks at me with a blank face. Hes always so nice so i dont blame him. Every time i check out with this particular chashier it always seems like a hassle to her. And i do everything i can being nice to all employees in the store and smile. I worked grocery for a long time and with instacart shoppers. I KNOW how it feels. But itd be nice to know im not being an inconvenience to the cashiers. Honestly if i notice shes working, i will go to another line even if it means waiting. Shes been nice to me before when its my own groceries and but not instacart.

Im confused, I saw a sign stating that masks must be worn in the store at ALL TIMES. Today was the second time that I saw people in the store without masks. I asked one of the managers about the mask rule, he said that people with medical reasons are excluded from the mask rule. No one asked if these people had medical issues. I asked him if that was okay for people to walk around without masks during a pandemic. I told him that I DONT want to risk my life for groceries. He didnt seem bothered by comments or questions which says a lot. You draw your own conclusions on this one folks!

Publix has never disappointed me. Once you learn how to coupon it helps take the sting out of their high prices. They have some of the best bakery items and deli items. They employees always remind me of Chik fil a. They are so polite and helpful.

Waited over 2 hours for my prescription at the pharmacy. Each time I asked what’s taking so long I was told it will be ready when it’s ready. I asked one last time before leaving and was told they didn’t even have my medication in stock and to try again next week. I work 2 jobs and have kids to take care of. My time is very limited and I find it unacceptable that so much of it was wasted because of an inconsiderate staff.

Store was neat, clean and in stock with all of the items I needed. Sushi was fresh and great.

Visited the Pharmacy for our Flu shots and new improved Shingles vaccine. Folks are always friendly and courteous everywhere in Publix plus the added benefit of a free $10.00 gift card for getting a Flu shot at Publix. Got some of their World renowned Chicken Tenders and played Cash 3 on the Georgia Lottery at a chance for a Mercedes 300 Suv! Cant beat that with a stick yall.

Was in the deli today and employee that works back there had a real bad attitude. Ive been several times before never had problem. Also the potato logs were full of grease every mushy. Next time I ago I will request someone else.

Pretty solid Publix overall. Theyve managed to stay fairly well stocked through quarantine and even resourced some extra hand sanitizer. Meat department is very good. My only complaint is their deli is slow and shuts down way too early.

This store is older. Narrow parking spaces for cars and narrow aisles. Publix prices are high on most items. I still go there from time to time for certain items.

Such a friendly neighborhood store, employees are friendly as well as Knowledge of their products which makes it easier to help us find what we need with ease.

Fantastic place to go grocery shopping. Every employee is genuinely kind and helpful, and the store is always clean.

We ordered some breaded wings and was told that they would available be for pick up in 15 minutes. I went in 20 minutes later to discover that my ordered had not even been started. I was rather disappointed and had to get back to work because i did not have time to wait. When I returned over an hour later, the order was still not completed. At this point I was perturbed and decided that management needed to be informed of the situation.The deli manager (I think her name was Norma) was very sympathetic about my chicken wing situation and called Jason (the store manager on duty) to the front. Norma offered to comp my chicken wings. This was great, but unfortunately but once again I had to get back to work and did not have time to wait. Without me even explaining this, Jason offered to personally deliver our breaded chicken wings to my place of business. This was totally unexpected, and I truly did not expect this level of customer service. Everyone make mistakes and I understand this, but the length that Jason and his staff went to insure the we were completely satisfied was above and beyond.This was the first and only time I had been dissatisfied with the service at Publix, but is very apparent that Jason was willing to do what it takes to make it right.Thank You for handling my chicken wing situation like a boss!

I am giving this review in hopes it reaches management. I come to your store and purchased sandwiches. Which I have done multiple times bf and wanted to add pepperoni and remove Cappy ham from Italian sub. Robert and Rainey were more than happy to make the sandwiches just the way I liked however the last that was asked to cut the pepperoni was not so willing to accommodate my request she first scolded Robert. In front of me and several other customers about not using kit and removing Cappy and adding pepperoni but to cut all new meat for the sandwiches. He complied to her way to make her happy. He then asked for one more kit the exact same way bc I needed two wholes on Mountain bread she then screams you said 1 1/2 and thats what I gave you charge her for extra meat. When she had no idea what was going on. She was not a part of the conversation that I needed two wholes she begins to argue with him meanwhile I am still waiting . I then ask her to please stop being combative and have patience he was new at the job. She tells me no You need to order sandwich. ?? Rainey politely suggest to Robert to do his best to fix sandwiches and she would help him if he needed it to get my order taken care of. Robert did an excellent job. He never responded to her negative behavior and Rainey was a wonderful help.
