To store is very clean and the staff is exceptionally friendly. Anytime I need something and I cant find it they personally escort me to it. The baggers also help carrier groceries to the car. This is a very important role as I have trouble doing it by myself. The young people that they hire are all wonderful. They are always willing to lend a hand no matter what you needI The store carries exceptional products and as well stocked. I highly recommend it.

Publix have grown on me, since I started working there. I love their fresh fruit. I love the fact that their Deli food is fresh and kept up and very clean. I work with a group of great Ladies and guys okay 👌

The steaks we purchased were delicious! Thank you to the man that assisted my husband in finding some balloons for our weekend project and the green balloon for our great grandson. Also thank you to the bagger who gave our great grandson a coloring page. The cashier was very nice and friendly. You know I might have to pay a little more for groceries here but the customer service is well worth it. I now have a favorite place to grocery shop.

Our family had a fantastic time! There was so much to see and do. Picking wild flowers, racing pedal carts, mining for gemstones, playing with the little ones in their own play area, bubbles, petting zoo, the huge slide, and of course the great food.

Why this heavy set woman act like she didnt want me to return my items I didnt want, she kept saying this is a lot of items, but it was only 5 items. That kinda annoyed me. Then she ask me is anything wrong with the items which is fine. Then she kept asking me why I dont want the items which is annoying because its none of her business

This is my favorite publix in Columbus. Ill go out of my way to stop here over all others. Ive been shopping here for two years and I can tell they really pay attention what customers are buying. Bc when you come back theyll have more options of the item or brand.

I enjoy shopping at this Publix. Friendly staff. I enjoy that they will offer to bring your groceries to your car, and load them in the trunk.

I dropped off 3 prescriptions. Only 1 was filled. After waiting behind 4 people to find that out, I had to wait an additional 30+ minutes for the 2nd one to be filled. The 3rd one required prior authorization... but nobody mentioned how or if I would be notified if/when that one was filled. NOT a good experience.

My experience there is so great!! Even though the prices are higher then other stores, I still go there for the bakery, the seafood, and coffee deals! I always love their specials, their helpful staff, and the golden produce section. Thank God for such a place.

They go out of their way to help all customersI live in Cataula Georgia but this is the Publix I still use. Their boho offers are awesome. Always fresh fruit & vegetables. Yes its an excellent grocery store, but if you have not had a Chicken Finger sub youre doing yourself a disservice.

This store has consistently provided ready made pizza dough. The one at Macon Road seems to never have it despite going at various times of the day. They never seem to have enough registers open, though.

Better than all publixs in coulumbus

Publix is the classiest place to grocery shop. They might not be the “cheapest”, but the employees are pleasant to talk and deal with, i like the other big “W” chain. Very similar to Chic-fil-A class of service. The SunTrust branch within is very pleasurable to do business with as well as very convenient.

This Publics is AWESOME. from the nice lady who cuts the fruit, to the flower man, Mr Flowers, as I call him. to the butcher who takes the time to cut 1.5 rib cut pork chops. Thank you Ed. The bakery peps and the deli pops are always very n nice. Managers, cashiers and baggers are all awesome too. Love me some Clarence. The whole culture there at the Milgen Publix is why Im always willing to pay a little more and never go to Walmart. Out of all 4 Publix stores in Columbus, this one is the best in my opinion! Its spacious, easy to navigate through and the Publix team members are all so nice and courteous! Never had any issues.

The quality control at this location is abysmal. On three separate occasions, I’ve purchased produce or bread only for the item to become moldy the same day or the next day. Don’t buy perishables from this store.

Nice clean and people friendly

I go to Publix almost daily and enjoy the cleanliness and availability of the items I need. Most of the employees are nice and very helpful. Id only suggest having friendlier more receptive cashiers in the mornings. Theres one cashier who is blatantly rude and negates the whole pleasant experience prior to checking out and unfortunately she is there every morning I shop.
