Today was my first time visiting this health food store, and I was very pleased with my experience! The lady who helped me had excellent customer service, and was very kind. The store was playing relaxing music, and it was very neat and organized. I also received a few discounts on the items I purchased. I will definitely be back to shop, and I will recommend this health food store to others! I always appreciate a store that provides a positive shopping experience for their customers.

Sales ladies were very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable.

There is some new associates they have working this older white lady was very knowledgeable but also very pushy and rude she told me if your husband and kid cant wait for you and u have to run then I guess your health is not important .

This is an amazing store! Mrs. Hsu and her staff are so kind and knowledgeable. I trust that when I go in the store to ask a question, I am going to get an honest and thought out answer to my question. Theyre not just trying to sell you a bunch of stuff you dont need and most of the time they will give you a sample to try before you buy. It is amazing how they can speak to you for 5 minutes and not only help you with what youre looking for, but also give you advice about something else that even you didnt think about trying to remedy. Thank you HSU & Co. for helping me with my essential oils joirney and for always thinking about how you can help everyone that walks into your store.

Be careful of their ilhwa ginseng tea. One scoop.is not 0.5g but 1g which can potentially cause overdose and overdose side effects and may send you to the hospital. So take this products with caution talk to a natural physician and do your research before taking this product.

Awesome store, the guy I talked to was very kind and knowledgable after a misunderstanding where I had gotten some niacinamide instead of niacin. He gave me an exchange with no hassle and was very kind 😊 I appreciate that. A1.

Staff can be helpful. They have abundant tea selection, abundant coconut oil, abundant essential oils. Good prices on xylitol. Once they told me they dont have beet kvass, then they told me they can order it. The Gut Shot kvass has ginger and cabbage flavors, and it costs less than the kvass at two other places Ive found in Columbus. Im a regular here, for sure.

I will no longer patronize this store. When I tried to return some honey that crystallized, the sales associate was rude and unprofessional, a female with dark hair and glasses. Another associate told me that I could return the honey because it crystallized.

This is a good resource. There is a European woman that knows everything!

The staff is always warm, welcoming, and informed. If they dont have a product your looking for they are more than happy to order it for you.
