This place is absolutely amazing! I called and within 24 hours i had my stone delivered. I was able to email pics of the areas i needed the stone; which made it so much easier for me. Also, i didn’t know what kind of stone i wanted and they actually sent me pics by txt to show me what they had on hand. Paid everything over the phone and everything worked out perfectly. The driver was exceptional as well as the representatives. Prices were very reasonable to especially with delivery. Thank you so very much! This will be my go to place.

Flat Rock Sand and Gravel is the most professional landscaping/masonry company I have ever worked with. Tonya Bowies excellent customer service is only surpassed by the companys quality of product and timeliness of service. I will never go to another company for my masonry needs.

I had a home under contract and the appraiser said before he could sign off, there were a few things that needed to be done. The first person I thought of was Ricky and Tonya at Flat Rock. I called them and sure enough Ricky was out there the next day. He got the repairs done and the price was better than what my client was expecting. Thanks Ricky.

Landscaping is NOT their thing!!!I hired them to level an area in my back and fix a drainage issue I was having that was causing corrosion. The leveling was completed with moderate quality. My real issue is with the recommendation they gave me to fix my drainage problem. I have an excessive amount of water rushing between my lawn and my neighbors because my property sits at the bottom of a slight hill. Randy, the representative sent to my house to help, suggested a trench that will help channel the water off the property. Well the trench they dug was not symmetrical and was filled with tiny rocks. The problem began the first heavy rain after the project was complete which was less than eight months later. Half of the small rock washed down the hill leaving an eye sore in the backyard. I called flat rock to report the problem and was told that they don’t cover the quality of their work because the rain was excessive!!! WTH kind of policy is that! After this past few rain storms we have had here in Columbus the drain pipe and all of the rest of the small rock has flushed down the hill and is even more of a problem. Therefore, now I am left with a lawn that looks 1000 percent worst after their landscaping than before they started with the only option being to pay more money to fix this horrible job! I wish I could attach my pictures of the project but this site will not let me. It is going to cost me another couple of thousand dollars to fix!! Steer clear of this company when it comes to landscaping!!!!

Great prices and customer service! Ricky the owner is very knowledgeable with a lifetime of experience. His staff is constantly working hard to make the customer happy . I recommend flat rock to anyone who wants great work done. They also do a variety of things, including grading, land clearing and wood work, just to name a few. Thanks again Ricky
