Eric Fry was my fitter. Turns out he is a master at his craft. Understands all swings and skill levels are different. His job is to get the right equipment in your hands to score better and enjoy the sport more. To say he did that is an understatement. Not only did he get clubs in my hands that fit my game, he improved my confidence while standing over the ball. What more can you ask for? His patience, attitude, and knowledge made the whole process of buying clubs a phenomenal experience! Have shot my best 10 scores since he helped replace my equipment. Thanks Eric!

The worst customer experience in many years.Called earlier In the week to see if I needed to make an appointment for club fitting for my granddaughter who is left handed. “ No problem during the week anytime except on weekends, also lots of clubs for lefties.” Went in today waited where I was told to go for 45 minutes. Many employees passed me, none asked if they could help. Finally was able to talk with a fitter who told someone to help us. Finally he came and said he had one driver (steel shafted, for a teenager?)which he gave to my granddaughter to try and said he might have something in the used clubs. He never returned. He was in the next booth helping a guy who came in after us. I have heard from others about poor service, I guess I should have listened

Went in looking at drivers and was able to hop in a sim to try them out. Warren was extremely helpful and built multiple clubs for me to test. Afterwards he walked me through the data for each club and even gave me some pointers on my swing. Super friendly and knowledgeable.

This place is great, big and wide open with a large putting green, and all the newest gear. Staff is great, helpful but they let you browse. Just had my entire set regripped by Ian, who was awesome, done in less than 24 hours for less $$ than I thought. Highly recommend

Went in on 3/13/2020 and bought my son a 3 Hybrid and % wood with out assistance got to the car and forgot to get black shorts so went back in and at the register checking out was asked if we wanted to join the rewards program so we did still not sure why we were not asked when we had just bought 2 clubs. However we called today then drove down to get my son fitted for a new driver and when we got there we had to take a buzzer which the number was 1 and waited as we waited there were several people that came in after us and as we watched the booths empty out and more people go in we were still waiting then we noticed after a few more went empty that the people that had gotten there after us were going in to be fitted for clubs now it had been an hour and a half and I went and said something to the guy in charge of filling the booths that the people he was putting in the booths had came in after us and was told thats the way it is. So by now Im a little upset and my husband tells my son to give back the buzzer we will go to golf galaxy. So i leave the store and I will never go back very unprofessional and rude to customers and on a happy note golf galaxy got us in right away and we got my son a new driver Ping425 GO to Golf Galaxy you wont be disappointed

Extremely large selection of clubs and gear. Many simulators.Unfortunately, I came in to compare my driver with the SIM Driver on a simulator and the employees were indifferent at best. I asked questions and was seeking advice and they could not be bothered.Im happy I went and purchased from a local business, Par Golf Discount which is down the street.

I was looking for replacement legs for my new PING golf bag. I told them I called PING and they said the store could order them for me. There were literally 5 associates standing around and they said just get a new bag..... I went to another store and they ordered the leg.We

Very helpful staff spent over an hour and a half assisting me go through the different club choices and helping me match up the best club to my swing and game and adjusted my current driver to add almost 10 yards average per drive to it. I will be back when I make the final decision purchase clubs

I have been trying to get fitted for a new set of clubs. Wich runs 100 dollars for the appointment and I was called twice to say both appointments were canceled and they would call me back for a third try at it.Still have not heard back from the men in back for fittings !?

Went with a buddy to look at clubs and me to buy a set of grafitel irons, waited for 45 minutes and then went and found a employee and to see how I go about trying out some new clubs. He gave me a buzzer to notify me when its my turn- another 15 minutes and they would only bring me 1 club out of the set- a 7 iron, Im looking to buy the set, I want to try all of them! He didnt seem like he wanted to make a sale! So I left and will look elsewhere. I do have a gift card to spend there, so I will have to go back and spend only what is on the card! Callaway golf balls when theyre are on sale!

I went into PGATour Superstore on 161 and Sawmill Rd to test iron sets for the upcoming season. My fitter was Eric Fry. I highly recommend Eric. His attention to detail was unmatched. He took his time with me and explained all the different metrics in a way that I could understand. Im a 9 hdcp who has been playing golf for 45 years. I thought I knew a lot about what is right for me at the age of 55. Nope. Eric knew and was able to fit irons to my game. Go see Eric, youll be happy you did.

Definitely my favorite golf store in town. Thankfully, because Golf Galaxy really went downhill (or maybe just they never were good). I go to PGA Superstore for all my club fixing/tinkering now.

The first time I ever stepped foot in this store, I came in wanting to try out the new Cobra King Tour irons, and worked with Eric. Instead of simply letting me try the demo, he spent time with me talking about my swing, having me try different irons, and did a basic fitting. Great service and knowledge. Also took time to explain the different services offered with the open simulators at the back of the store.

Ian Ray was a fantastic help and answered a ton of my questions about driver shafts, and did so patiently and with knowledge. He stayed a little past closing in order to take care of my situation, so I thank him for the excellent customer service, and recommend this store.

By far the friendliest Staff I have ever encountered. These guys are ready to help you in every way possible. Whether its getting fitted for a new club, finding out about the newest golf technology or even how to improve your golf game, the staff is always there to assist you. I personally went through a fitting experience with Eric Fry for new irons. After receiving my new clubs, my yardage and line dramatically increased and my golf game has improved significantly. On top of that, I have taken about 6 lessons from Alex Brickley and this man knows exactly what he is talking about when it comes to golf. Within 6 lessons, I went from hitting my 7 iron 135 yards, to now averaging 180 yards. I feel much more confident out on the golf course thanks to Eric and Alex. if i ever have any questions or concerns about my golf game I know exactly where to go, PGA SUPERSTORE SAWMILL!

Visited the store today and was rudely interrupted by a employee about a mask ! I went to the store to purchase $3000 worth of new equipment, the manager told me to put a mask on as I explained to him I’m medically exempt, he asked us to leave. I will be letting everyone know at the club I belong to how I was treated as well as all online reviews, I’ll be spending my money with Golf Galaxy.

Went there on 4/1/21 to look at irons and narrow down the set I planned to purchase. I had hoped to be able to demo some of them but instead I wasn’t acknowledged for 50 minutes as I walked around. I dont know if it’s cause I didn’t look like I had the money to buy anything or my race. But either way I left after close to a hour having not demoed anything I drove 30 minutes to see.

I made an appointment with Matt Riley this week to get fit for a driver shaft. I couldnt have been more pleased with my experience. Matt spent the time needed to find the right shaft for me, while answering any and all questions that I had. I highly recommend him and the store.

Great selection, staff not so great.Being someone who doesnt dress like theyre golfing when theyre shopping, I didnt appear like I had means. Not one associate approached me and the ones I approached quickly side-stepped me with the excuse Ill find someone to help you. 20 minutes of loitering around the irons and no help.Taking my business elsewhere.

There were a lot of people working there, but it didnt seem like they were really doing anything. There was a bunch of trash on the floor though.

Went there today to look at new set of woods. I hit 2 clubs didn’t care for them. Sales guy said he was going to get other options, never came back. My 2nd and last poor customer service experience.

Ive visited twice and both times have been fantastic experiences. Everything was easy to find and if you cant find it there then you dont need it. The staff was incredibly friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Looking for a club or need a fitting, go see Eric Fry. Ill definitely be going to the Superstore for all my golfing needs.

Place was crazy busy! I went on opening day. Staff were super friendly and efficient. Its like another golf superstore but on steroids. Ive never seen so many brands, simulators and fitting bays in one place. And the putting green was massive. Seems like an awesome store.

Very helpful when deciding what irons worked best for me. Free club fitting and even reshafting...first round out I shot the best round of golf in my life. All around great experience.

The store was grand .. full of wonderful ideas for Christmas presents ! Glad such a professional establishment has established itself in this wonderful golfing community. Salespeople were courteous & helpful.

Store is sorely understaffed and getting help is very difficult. I went there to purchase a fairway wood and possibly a driver, most of the bays were open and I was ok waiting for staff for awhile because of the covid restrictions. After about 15 minutes of looking for help, a sales person helped me with 2 fairway woods and a bay. He said he had to take a call and would be back. After 20 minutes of hitting two woods I started looking help nearby the bay I was in. At this time there were 3-4 other people looking for help with clubs and we all agreed it was difficult to get help. Finally a person walked by and noted I was working with the sales person who set me up and went to get him. 10 minutes later I walked out of the bay as I was completely done hitting the two clubs selected for me. (time elapsed at least 40 minutes)I walked to the front, bought a glove, and mentioned the person helping me disappeared and no one else would help me because I was working with him. The cashier said, I can take down your number and have him call you. All I can say, is why would i subject myself to that person again? For a new store there needs to be better training on helping customers. Why was I locked into that one person because he handed me two demo clubs and walked away??

I enjoyed my club fitting. It was relaxed and provided the information that I needed to pick the putter that worked best for me while avoiding one or two that didnt.

I had a club head come off my pitching wedge .I googled how to put the head back on and it looked very simple.I went to the PGA store on 161 about 2:00 Wednesday afternoon. I asked a heavy set young man behind the counter if they sold ferrules the plastic piece between the club head and shaft, he said no they didnt .They do have club repair there so I asked if he could sell me 1 or give me one and he said no that they were for their customers.I said thank you for your help,drove to PAR GOLF on Sawmill Rd and they gave me one for free! I know where I will go now for all my golf needs.

I was interested in getting a new set of golf club irons, so I was doing a lot of looking around on the internet. I ended up purchasing the Taylormade M6 irons from the PGA Superstore because their price was the same as the lowest price I could find. I was able to to get properly fitted for the clubs in one of their demo bays, too. Plus, I received two coupons for $10 off my next purchase after I signed up for their rewards program.The PGA Superstore also has practice bays that you can schedule online, an area just for golf lessons, a sizeable putting area, and a huge selection of golf and tennis equipment. They are competitively priced, especially on golf balls.

After several weeks of trying to decide on which push/pull cart I wanted, I decided to stop in at the PGA TOUR Superstore this morning to see if I could get a feel for which one was best for me. I had narrowed my choices down to two carts. One of the associates named Lawerence went above and beyond to help me. Lawerence was respectful of my questions and concerns. He was very professional and knowledgable. Thank you Lawerence. For all my future golf purchases, I will be shopping at this location. Ratings may only allow for 5 stars but my experience with this location is 10 stars.

Keep your game from deteriorating over the winter. I would suggest getting a membership. Its cheaper.
