Traditions staff is very polite and knowledgeable. They were able to make a personalized locket that I was giving as a gift. They took special care and got it just perfect. They have a huge selection from bags to jewelry. Store atmosphere is very relaxed and selection is great. Thank you Traditions. Will be back and Highly recommended!

Always like visiting this store. They have a great selection and offer gift wrapping for you purchase. Great selection of cards as well. I love their Brighton jewelry and Vera Bradley. They always have lots of inventory to choose from. The employees are helpful and knowledgeable about their products.

Great variety of gifts but the staff stalks customers. I presume that they are discouraging theft which I understand but its annoying to feel like your seen as a threat just by walking in the store. Other businesses make their customers feel welcomed while discreetly looking out for shoplifters. Traditions could do a better job, especially since they have surveillance cameras. Would certainly make the shop more inviting!

Top notch customer service in the nicest boutique in town. I’m telling you, SHOP LOCAL YA’LL! It makes all the difference. They carry the latest trends and cutest styles. I’ve watched them help out the guys looking to buy a present for their ladies with ease as well.

I have been shopping at Traditions since we PCS’d here. Just two months ago, I bought new Vera Bradley items for new school year. I purchase items for my home, teacher appreciation gifts, etc. I make this point to say I have been a loyal customer. I purchased some presents for friends today, and I asked if they wrapped. I was told there would be a charge since the items I chose were on sale. I am appalled a store’s policy is only set to appease “full paying” customers. I’ve paid full price many times before and never asked for wrapping. I won’t be returning after today.

Excellent boutique! They carry a wide range of merchandise and if they dont have it they can order it. Some of their offerings that I, personally, am familiar with are Vera Bradley, Brighton, Dept. 56 and Finchberry. Plus many more.The staff are so nice and helpful as well as very knowledgeable about what they sell.

I walked in and just thought the store was precious. I went in looking for a new Vera Bradley handbag and sunglasses. As I was shopping, I noticed that the employees were oddly hovering over my friend and I, as if we were going to shoplift. Then I decided to ask about a specific pattern for a handbag. I had to repeat my question three times before the employee let me finish and understood my question. The employee eventually answered my question. But after being treated this way I realized it wasn’t worth it and decided to take my money elsewhere.

Don’t waste your time! Every brand sold there can be bought at other places! Way over priced! Down right just don’t recommend this to place to anyone!Pandora is sold at reeds and they have way more inventory!

The only reason I say three stars is because Ive had to bring in my pandora ring 3 times! The first time was because there was a diamond missing, no biggie, they said they would give me a new ring. The second was when I got the new one it was the wrong size so I had to wait another 2 weeks for the right size the third is when I got it back it was missing another diamond! Other then my ring messing up! They are really sweet and dont have an attitude and try to get the problem fixed to the best of their ability

Excellent service from very caring and very professional sales personnel. You can tell they are trained and managed by the best. I just met the owner today,, and I truly enjoyed talking with her. She goes the distance to givel all of her customers a great personal touch, but, if youre a scammer, dont mess with her. Shes been in the tetail business for a long time and can spot you a mile away.

Very nice store! Very good customer service! I bought Pandora bracelets and charms from them. When the clip on my bracelet broke they replaced it with no questions asked!

Used to be sales associates were friendly to all. New staff not so much. Hard to get help and made me feel like doing me a favor instead of their jobs.

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS BOUTIQUE !!!! My daughter worked there and learned the owner wants employees to profile certain people that come in. Also the owner ripped scissors from my daughters hand when she was curling ribbon for her. I was a very successful business owner in Orlando for over twenty years. Ripping a sharp instrument from an employees hands is considered violent. The scissors could have flown out of the owners hand and hit someone. Also the scissors almost sliced my daughters hand. If I had been there that day let me just say that NEVER WOULD HAVE HAPPENED!!! This is something the public needs to be aware of.

The girl in the store was so sweet and helpful. She answered all of my questions about Pandora, and made me feel like a valued customer!

Just found out that two of my favorite saleswomen left Traditions. These women made that place. They were the reason I shopped there (from Virginia). Guess I will find a new place to purchase my Brighton, Vera Bradley and Pandora. Hopefully they will be my saleswomen!

Owner is completely malicious & has all employees follow customers as if they are thieves!! She treats her employees like they are scum & she honestly wonders why she can’t keep employees! The products are terrific, but as beautiful as the store can get, it’ll always be disgusting due to the owner’s awful attitude and poor lack of professionalism! She makes employees cry, & will literally tell them they are useless. I’ve never met a more narcissistic business owner in my life! Not only is she losing what could be excellent and long term employees, but from nearly ALL of the reviews ive seen, she’s also losing an increasingly high number of customers, and that number is steadily growing. Keep in mind sweetheart - you’re only as pretty as your attitude and from what I’ve experienced, and it seems others have too, you’re not all that pretty after all.

I heard advertisements for this on the radio. I can not accurately give the establishment a review as I have never been there for some reason it popped up in my Google reviews. Ill have to check it out though.
