So I’d recommend buying online. I too had a really great experience with the woman there. Super friendly and showed everything. However the toy I bought was so awesome I was like I’ll buy this one. I spent 140 on it, when I got home my wife found it on Amazon for 40. There’s a reason there are so many signs in the store saying NO RETURNS. I guess I learn my lesson and will only shop online and won’t come here again.

This my go to grown woman store! I am a toy collector! So I always stop in for the latest items... Anytime Ms Nicole and Kayla are in the building, I know its going to be a memorable visit. I gave 4 stars because the prices are a bit high on certain items and its not a huge selection.

Ms. Nicole is your girl! She gives you a great introduction of the store and herself and gives you time to look around. If you have a question about a product, she will show/tell you about it then of course she will always show you something way better. No pressure just a lady who loves what she does!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. It was my first time in there and I nervous and lost but Ms. Nicole helped make everything a breeze. She asked me what I was looking for specifically and made sure to go into detail about all the products she showed me. I did not feel pressured at all and made a great purchase! She is definitely an expert who knows her stuff. The cashier ladies were also really nice & checking out was quick and easy. I felt super nervous going in but really comfortable and happy going out.

I was looking for a specific item and thank god they had it. I was in and out in maybe 15 minutes and the lady was professional and polite. Good selection of things. This is my spot and i will be bringing my wife one day. You must wear a mask when you enter which i 100% support. Side note: two of the employees were talking about products they use personally and if was funny and cool.

If it hadnt of been for this nice young woman Ms.Nicole. not only did she educate me on a wide range of items but she was soo patient. I had been in once before,but didnt purchase a thing. After my horrible experience at another local adult store(STARSHIP), I came to this establishment that was open and was helped right away. As soon as I walked in with my mask on, I was instantly greeted by both females working (7/11/2020). I was advised they closed @ 1am this morning, told about normal operating hours and asked if I needed assistance. I explain to her what I went through at the other location and what I was looking for because I researched what I wanted beforehand. She was very accommodating, I found exactly what I was looking for and she informed me that she was the manager. Overall my experience was excellent and like I told her I havent been in here in a long time. But I dont remember a bad thing either, so thats a plus. Its good to know they know how to treat customers there and still standing. Thank you 😊

With it being only Mii 4th time going into this business, I can say that tonight they had the super sweet, polite, and extremely helpful and way nice staff. I was totally comfortable and the prices were aaaamaaaziiing!!

Needed a item tonight. And it was listed that they close at 12 but when i pulled up at 11:20 the store was completely closed. If your going to close early then dont list your close time at 12. It was so inconvenient and irritating and a waste of time. They just lost a faithful customer.
