I ordered fair trade soap from Global Gifts for holiday gifts for the Fedex, UPS, DHL drivers and the postman etc. They were shipped quickly and packed well. And the scents were so nice. That these are ethically made is a big bonus. Thank you for having the perfect gifts for me to give.

Incredibly cool products, all fair-trade... but what really makes my day is how over-the-top friendly the staff is. Gift wrapped my necklace I purchased and took their time to really make the final gift I bought look cool. It’s hard to find customer service like this anymore.

My life partner and I were visiting Columbus for the weekend and stopped in to check out the wares. We spotted something we liked but it was too large to carry around with us for the night. After inquiring about their shipping process one of the attendents, Frances, went above and beyond providing excellent customer service throughout the entire process. Great store and great staff!

Its an interesting little store. Lots of little gift/trinkets. Not a place I would probably visit for gifts but it is an option in the short north. I do love the lamps and rug options. They have some truly beautiful lamps and if you like hanging laps they have a great selection.

Stopped in looking for a warm scarf for our daughter. ...the girls were so sweet and helpful. Not only did we get a scarf but some unique and beautiful jewelry. Spent almost an hour in the store playing with unique merchandise :)

Absolutely love this store! I drive to Columbus once a month and often make a point to stop here at Global Gifts to see what is new. I always check in the fall to see the new Holiday ornaments that are offered. Many times, I know at least one item I will be buying as I call and have them special order it from one of the Fair Trade sources online. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Be sure to ask about the special savings card! Once the card is filled, you get a discount on your next purchase.

Great place, great people, great message. You can always find interesting things to give as gifts (or for yourself) and some of the profits from everything in the store go to some charity which makes you kind of happy to shop here

This place has some of the most friendly staff in all of the Short North! My favorite part of this store, besides the amazing amount of COOL STUFF is the way they display their wide assortment of items. I know that has to be a challenge, but the way they have the store set up allows the visitor explore and enjoy the entire store. LOVEEEEE!
