They were to quick repair the door they installed recently no hassles or charge same day

Peggy was super nice and really helpful. I had an issue with my garage door sticking and the tech who came out was equally nice and did a wonderful job. This is the second time working with Sterling and I wouldn’t go with anyone else!

I had Sterling garage door come out to diagnose my motor not working and they said the entire unit needed replaced. The technician was either lying or incompetent (not sure which is worse). I can say that because I had the Overhead Door Company of Columbus come out for a second opinion and they quickly fixed a broken gear in the assembly for much less than it obviously required to replace the whole unit! Ill definitely stay with Overhead for any issues in the future!
