Top notch toy store. Can be easy to miss along riverside drive - right after the Marathon station northbound and right across from the south entrance to Griggs Reservoir. Everything in the store is immaculate and they have multiple locations so if something it out at this location, they can get it quickly from anothers. Weve bought STEM games, Airforts (awesome), Squishmellows, and some impulse buys like glow in the dark goop and such. Not cheap, but a really satisfying experience to shop here.

My kids bugged me to take them for fidgets. They had a huge variety, only issue was the store being super small and very busy.

My wife and I visited on a weekday morning. The owner was there and was very friendly--she greeted us upon arrival and thanked us when we left. The store is large, clean, and arranged logically by age groups. Wed been to one other store in Dayton, but we both agreed this location was better! Definitely worth our time, and we will be back!

While I appreciate that Squishmallows are very popular, it is so unfortunate that I have been told that they were out of a specific style I wanted that was more expensive that I was willing to spend more money on. A few days later someone posts a photo of the one I was inquiring about and wanted to purchase. Its disappointing being told they are sold out of a style when they obviously werent. Considering I have to drive 30 minutes to this location since the Worthington location no longer carries Squishmallows is also one of the reasons I am hesitant to visit again because they either wont have what I want by the time I get there or wont be truthful about stock.

Great selection of recreational and educational toys. Staff was super helpful while also being respectful and not coming across centered on pushy sales tactics. Took my daughter here to score Squishmallows to satisfy her current fascination with them. They do have a limit of 2 Squishmallows at this location which is very nice as it allowed them to have inventory for my daughter to get one. This was my first time to Learning Express Toys and overall thoroughly impressed with the selection and blown away by the outstanding staff and their in depth knowledge of the products use, purposes and there applications. Will definitely come back here whenever needing toys or getting suggestions from the staff for spot on gift ideas.

This place it incredible!! Stopped by for the first time couple days before Christmas. The store is huge with a massive selection of cool and different toys you don’t find just anywhere. The customer service is great as well as the free gift wrapping. Highly recommend checking mint the store... with or without kids. Can’t wait to visit again!

This is a fantastic store! They have really cool selections across many categories. Including interesting science experiments, challenging board games, and pretend play. The prices are very reasonable and, though they might be a few bucks more than Amazon, the experience is great. They are helpful and they will wrap your presents for free. Thats right buddy. Now you can buy a gift on the way to the party and they will take the tag off, wrap it, and give you a gift receipt. If that isnt worth a few bucks more, then you should teach some classes on time management and children. 😅

I visited the new location on Riverside recently with my children. The actual physical space is much nicer than the previous location in my opinion. More sunlight better parking etc. The staff was friendly and attentive as always, and of course they continue to offer free gift wrapping with any purchase. That in and of itself is a nice touch for this dad.

This is a favorite place to buy gifts for kids, they have so many cool toys! Youre guaranteed to find something fun for friends because they have something for everyone. They even have customizable toys.Bonus: staff wraps the gifts so when youre running late to your kids friends birthday party, you dont look like the hot mess mom with a thrown together gift!

Ive taken my son here around a half dozen times now. The staff are friendly & accomodating! I like the layout & there is a great range of type of toy to spark your child.My only issue with the store itself is the quality of some toys (and inherently, the price vs other outlets). Its disheartening to see the same toys in a physical storefront, not online, for almost half the price charged here.While I understand the need to pay the bills (and I believe you pay for all the residential rentals behind the store), some of these toys have more money in the printing of the box display than the toy itself. Is apparent enough that I limit what my son may buy b/c 3-of-6 purchases were over $75 and broke within 5min. Thats absurd.Still, the aim here is a more stimulating toy as opposed to the goofiness of some youtube sensations toy egg.
