Good place to deliver. Good people. No appt required/y
Took forever to get my interview & just to be told no, but I already had a higher paying job wait so their lost.I should have known something wrong with the place when there was 11+ people wait when I arrived, & lack organization when they said to a few people there there were no openings any more so
Youll get fired for attending a funeral and dont get sick bc 6points policy does not exist, got fired for having 2 points. supervisors nor human resources seem to have a clue about anything. training is done by temps. they pass bad parts to Toyota just to keep up their production.
Worked there for 3 years. Started in shipping, on the line, moved my way up within a couple months, because of my work ethic. Landed a decent position, but did the entire process by myself for a while. Once I had a good crew, they wanted me to train this other guy who decided he finally wanted the job, since it suddenly became easier. He had 8 years in, I only had a few months. I was better suited for the position. Caused me to lose a bit of motivation and self worth for how they handled the situation. I still got praise for my work ethic. My manger at the time ( who was amazing ) moved me back to my old area, until another position opened up. Few months later, I got the job I was initially hired in for. Forklift Operator. ( Staffing agency lied to me in my interview ) Loved every minute of the job itself. I caught on very fast and I was one of their best employees. I helped all 5 lines, wrapped the finished product, staged it, loaded it when the team leader was busy or taking his long breaks. Helped elsewhere on my down time. Picking on the lines, scanning, expenditures and dropped parts for the lines. Seemed as if, the more I picked up other peoples slack, the more work they gave me. There were days when I would clock in at 3 in the morning and not leave until 9 or 10 at night. People actually worked 16 hours a day quite often, due to the lack of help. Then some turmoil came about within the department. My manager left, as well as the specialist. Despite position changes, my job stayed the same. We got a new manager. Instead of hiring within, giving hardworking people the chance to move up after years of being in the company. They decided it was best to hire the lead sales guys, brother. Had no clue what he was doing. No clue about the process. He was the type to just raise his voice and show his authority if a problem occurred. Instead of being a boss and handling it in a respectful and professional manner. Morale is so low there, its almost non-existent. One day the manger and I had a disagreement. He grabbed my arm, I made a report and things got a better for a while. Then I got my first ever write up 2 years in, for parking? My team leader had a bad day and cussed me, threatened to dock an hour from my time and continued to display unprofessional and just flat out childish behavior. We went to the office. Team leader apologized and things were good for a while. Then we lost quite a few people. Wasnt able to do my job for months because we were short handed. Worked almost every holiday and still no pay raise. So I asked them about a raise.T helped me get a few level ups, but I kept inquiring about the remainder of level ups I had left to get. Would have been a substantial raise. Never seen it. Although I was constantly cussed and disrespected and felt like putting in my two weeks to find work elsewhere, I stuck with it. I watched so many folks come in and out of the place. Many didnt make it to lunch, before they quit. We all watched a girl clock in almost daily around 10 in the morning, sometimes 2 in the afternoon and she missed so often that I guarantee you she had 50 or more absences within the year. Watched folks sit around while others worked their tail off. All they wanted was more pay and a better work environment. Never happened. They said my report about the assault was lost and nothing was ever done. My view may be different from others, but honestly.. the worst place Ive ever worked in my life. Sucked the life out of me. Youre just another number to them. I enjoyed working with my coworkers, but management made this place impossible. If you asked questions, you were deemed a troublemaker. Favoritism runs rampant in that company. I dont see it changing any time soon. McDonalds has better opportunities & starting pay. Of course each place is different and you may like it. But dont expect to do what your team leaders get away with, youll be fired as soon as they start taking pictures of you. After 3 years I only made $14 an hour. Life is too short to be mistreated by a job. Good luck!
The pay is low. Upper management will sometimes listen but never correct the problems. The only good thing about this place is the insurance.
Very rude people from start to finish. I walk to the window and one woman looks at the other and says (do you know him?) Very bad experience and poor quality of work.
