Just had a completely awful experience with this business after using the previous owner (Sport Sales) for 5.5 years. Its unfortunate that they treated a long-time reoccurring customer so poorly. The owner, Vickie and one of her employees argued with me about my design all while being unfamiliar with obvious techniques and file types every designer/printer should know. She basically told me my design was wrong and going to be destroyed in the screen printing process (which it wasnt). They also over-charged me by $10 on the invoice, but by this time I was too drained to complain. It took them almost 3 weeks to complete my order. Once I received the shirts, they printed the image 3 too small and I gave them exactly what they needed to print it perfectly. If you are an artist or designer it will not be worth your time to work with them in any capacity. I am after 5 years, taking my business elsewhere.
