Ana Brooks was an amazing help! I came in for a Note 20 and she took the time to help me and get me what I needed. She went out of her way to make sure that I was comfortable with my purchase and made sure that I had what I needed.She did a fantastic job managing and helping the customers with just her being the only one in the store! She had no support and was able to take care of the needs of five customers at once!

Herman was awesome he took very good care of all my needs he even installed apps that didnt download on my new phone. I will definitely tell all of my friends to come see him at Russell cellular and I will be back

I HATE the process of getting a new phone so I try my best to avoid it until absolutely necessary. This experience was one of the most efficient and the lady was quite proficient! I wish I could remember her name but she was AMAZING! I told her what I wanted and she made it happen! And she put up with me and my dads corny jokes! LOL Top notch customer service! Ill definitely go back to that location the next time. Thank you for lowering my anxiety. 😉

I loved the young lady who took care of us she knew what she was doing and did a great job however everyone was coming to her for help and then one other lady spasms on her and demanded her to leave us and go to the office how ever she did go she stayed with us as that point I thanked her cause I was on a time limit. The staff is professional, and knowledgeable regarding their products. They are patient during your guessing to what phone to get. They tell you what this one has opposed to the other. I cant say enough about their friendy service. I would recommend them to my friends.

My worst nightmare come true and resolved by Lisa.Upon entering the store, I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile. I explained to Lisa that I had accidentally erased my phones content while playing with its features. I was born and raised in Columbus, Ga. I no longer live there and had requested a number change for both my wifes as well as my phone. Well my wifes worked fine however mine ended up needing a sim card replacement in order for it to take the new number. Not only did the manager herself stop what she was doing to help another store associate came over and both worked on my phone as if it was the most important thing in the world. I received better service in this store than any other Verizon store I have ever been to for sales or service. Thank you so much for taking the time to get me up and running as well as not charging me one dime for your help!

My boyfriend and I bought a hotspot from here a couple of weeks ago because we thought his barracks didn’t have internet. Turns out it did and we tried to return it. However, we weren’t told that we had X amount of days to return it AND that we wouldn’t be on a two year plan when we were. Lisa, the store manager, and Ron (salesman) worked with us and literally argued for us to actual Verizon customer service over the phone because one of their phone reps told us one thing and someone else told us something different. We were so impressed by the way they worked tirelessly and did so much for us that we ended up upgrading my phone (which we’ve been thinking about for a long time already, just never pulled the trigger) and what better way to help them because of how they helped us. We appreciate them so much! Thank you Lisa and Ron!!! You guys are awesome!

On yesterday me and my husband had the best experience ever, we switched from another cellular provider over to Verizon with no issues. The staff was so amazing. The sale rep Rawshel, went above and beyond with her customer service skills and we are forever grateful for ppl like her. So if your in need of an cellphone needs go check them out, you wont be disappointed.

This company is horrible to do business with. I worked there for a year and they did nothing but stress me out and force sales. Not only that they tricked me into signing a paper and took my last check. Nothing but thiefs, liars, and drama. The owners dont give a damn about any employees unless youre a district manager or higher

If I could give 0 stars I would. The people here are rude and shady. They tried convincing my husband he needed to pay more than retail price and when I told them they were wrong they told my husband not to allow his wife to handle his finances. We ended up leaving and ordering the phone through Verizon directly and got the CORRECT price.

Her terms of termination cannot be discussed, however we can tell you that she is not legally allowed on the property due to her actions and all previous negative reviews are due to Mrs.Holmes incompetence and lack of basic knowledge. Wish i could score them 0. 1 is the lowest. My son was travelling from out of state and his phone stopped working. He went into this store for help. Sophia waited on him and told him the phone was not repairable. She did not tell him we carried the insurance policy on the phone and he would have been able to get a new one for FREE. Instead she sold him a new phone and locked him into a $650 charge. What a scam artist. We were able to get this corrected this morning after talking to Corporate Verizon Wireless. How pathetic to take advantage this way.

We moved here last October and found we needed Verizon service for all area coverage so we went to this store located next to Walmart...The people were friendly and took the time to explain the phones and service...Now we only go to this location because they know what we need. We highly recommend going there..I have high anxiety for change and they made my transfer to a new cell company painless...I love my Galaxy S9plus
