Was looking for movies I dont have on My list. Was hoping sometime wouldve helped Me look when I asked about a specific movie but they just walked Me to the maybe here section & left.I do kinda WISH/HOPE that the movies qere more alphabetized in each alphabet letter section. It would make it soooo much easier to find movies & not waste time looking... .....annnnnd Good mostly likely sell MORE dvd movies & all the others too. PS. The staff was friendly. Thanks.

Called ahead to make sure they were buying xbox one controllers, was completely honest about one not having a battery cover. We were quoted pricing over the phone and told they would still buy the one missing the cover. Went in, not only did they not take it because it didnt turn on with a cord but turned one with batteries because its a WIRELESS controller, but they also dropped the buying price that was given over the phone not even 5 mins before hand. The least you could do is give correct information over the phone to your customers.

Might as well make a 40 minute drive to Greenwood games are cheaper. This store charges goofy high prices for old games

Very bad experience I came into disc replay and asked how much they would give me for the two ps4 games I brought in they said they would give me $4 each. I said Okay Thanks and politely declined. Then I went over to look at the ps4 games later to find both the ps4 games I tried to give them one was 15.99 and the other was 12.99! This is a horrible place to sell anything! Barely give you anything and they price pre-owned accesories for prices as they were new. Very dissapointed will not be going here again other than to refund the switch pro controller I got used for the price of brand new.

Its a good video game store need more rpg games on xbox 360 selections but its great still

Generally friendly place with a good session of games across multiple platforms. Bear in mind if you have to sell they will check your stuff and it takes a bit of time.(Edit) I didnt mean to imply I was upset with how long it takes, was just telling folks so they wouldnt get impatient with the employees!

Ive bought a PlayStation4, several PlayStation4, PlayStation3, and Nintendo switch games here and Ive never had an issue with anything Ive bought. My only problem Ive ever had at this store was a game was bought for Christmas and my child received the same game through Amazon from someone else... so I tried to take back the game with receipt and was told that I could not return it and that they would not buy it back ....something about I was over their 14 day return policy....which I think their policy should be extended for holiday gift giving purposes, especially when the person has the receipt.... so now in stuck with two games exactly the same ....

This place is amazing and I’m so happy for how it’s grown. I’ve been here quite a few times with my family and even when it’s busy I’m happy this place exist. I hope it continues to stay clean and neat as it is. Only thing that is any sort of concern, is it doesn’t take many people in line for it to start feeling like it’s taking too long. But it’s understandable when the employees have to find the discs.

Always so bombastic going in here! Their prices are fair and all gaming console or games I have bought from here have always been flawless no issues!

I love this place, they are our go to for anything gaming or movie related. We were slow getting on the Walking Dead bandwagon, but so far weve gotten seasons 1-5 from them. My kids love coming in and seeing the big posters on the wall and unique items that feature their favorite characters. Ive never seen an unreasonable price and the employees are VERY knowledgeable

The staff is super helpful and always trying to help you get any discounts you might be eligible for or find whatever youre looking for. They always have to coolest things if your into older game consoles. Only complaint is how much money I want to spend while Im there.

My experiences there have always been positive. You can find some good deals and they seem pretty competitive. Never know what you will find. Staff has been friendly and happy to help you, but also not breathing down your neck while you look.My only issue there has been a strong smell. Like you stuffed your head in grandmas purse. Hopefully that will be taken care of, otherwise a great place with lots of stuff

They are always great help. Only downside is the wait to sell is usually an hour the past few times we have went there when it was normally 10-20 minutes. 5 stars still because they all provide great customer service. Any time they have given us the wrong sell price for something they fix it promptly with no arguments.

I only give 1 star cause I had to in order to leave my opinion on disc replay !! and this go,s for any store that damages perfectly good items to throw away ! i wont even shop there just for them being so stingy about a dollar its sickening really. there are plenty of people/kids especially that doesnt have anything. due to what ever circumstances !! why would anyone be so greedy Ill never understand. donate it so that you would no it truly went to someone that really needs it. that go, s fur all stores !! if everyone would pay it forward this world would be alot better place.

They recently acquired the neighboring store allowing a massive expansion within. Normally find good deals and a decent selection. There is a rather pungent smell encapsulating the interior. Its definitely breathtaking.

I had you at 5 stars because I love this place. However, I was in there today and some of the staff was rude to the cashier. If you are going to reprimanded or get onto an employee, it needs to be done in private. Not while you are very busy. The cashier was great and handled it well though.

I love this place. I have bought many games and systems here.I brought in a bunch of Blu-Ray movies that I did not think that i would get munch for. But NOPE i was shocked at how much they gave me.I went with the store credit and bought more games for my collection.Employees were friendly and very helpful.

The staff is always nice they have a huge selection of games movies and other stuff. They have better prices on stuff then just about anywhere. They also have games for the really old consoles.

This has been one of my favorite places to visit in the past year. If you’re in a pinch and need to sell something electronic they are hands down the best place to go. They are fast, offer cash or in store credit, always friendly. When I am there to buy something they always have the hard to find games I’m looking for and at a very reasonable price. I would recommend them over Gamestop any day.

This place is a great second hand gaming an movies store. I took in a Wii to be sold with some games also. The game wasnt all there but they bought it an the games too. I then looked through to see if I wanted store credit. I took the cash instead although they had hundreds of different movies an games. Plus the gaming machines that play the games. An DVD players very well organized good job

Friendly staff, but they are overworked and understaffed. Wait times are long because there is only one employee working the counter at any given time. Again, the worker was nice and apologetic but twenty-five minutes in line to buy a game is a bit much...

I went there just to browse and maybe pick up a few games. I was very impressed with the large selection. There are many titles for every system that you can think of. The movie selection is immense as well. The prices are fairly reasonable too. Plus, they usually have a buy 5 get 1 free special going.

Jesus I called and Ryan answer and I asked do you guys buy Samsung watches and told me a good price of 40 dollars and I also brought a controller that I purchase there...spent 40 mins walking around to come back to we can only give you 30..I said I talked to Ryan and somehow Ryan said he wasnt even there...and I asked about why they wont buy my controller..hence I bought it from there no idea why they cant buy it back..I got from one of the dudes that we dont sell wired controllers..like first you lie and then you lie again to my face...dont recommend this place to anyone
