This is a great sized location and for Friday at 5 pm they weren’t overly busy and I was helped right away. I came home with a new iPhone and outside of the time it took to backup my old device and get the new one up, the process was a breeze. The employee was patience and very helpful! He was attentive and answered all of my questions and made sure I found the best fit phone and new the price points of all my options.
I am trading in my iPhone 12 for an Apple gift card, but it is showing the that my trade in value has changed to $0 due to “Incorrect Model Identification.” I am strongly sure that I sent the correct model because I only have one iPhone, and I clicked trade in button from my apple account which automatically filled my serial number.I have contacted to 8 customer services, but no one can answer or solve my problem. Three of them cut me off during the chat and call, so I have to explain my case all over again for 8 times.I would like to know who should I contact to clarify why my trade in iPhone 12 has “Incorrect Model Identification” which make no sense.
I dont understand the dang point of making an appointment if theyre not going to even talk to you for an hour after your appointment time.Im about to change this to a 1 star review. Its been an hour twenty now. My meter is going to expire and they wont offer anything for parking.
My MacBook Pro was sent to @CSAT_Solutions and it came back two toned (silver/gray), the screen was a choppy green, and the keyboard makes a strange sound. And, Mike who works at the store is unprofessional. Ernest refused to assist. It’s unacceptable and I do not ever plan on visiting another store. There behavior is common amongst staff at Apple stores in the local area. Some of the associates at this location fail to provide basic customer service and are not genuine. Some of the employees retaliate against customers and I’m sure against other employees. The associates prolong repair requests, are hostile, rude, dismissive, and lack basic interpersonal/communication skills. They fail to follow COVID-19 protocols, and invade customers personal space. Their retaliatory behavior is intentional and they fail to take accountability for their actions.Apple has a diverse group of employees and clientele. When I got to the store they were busy, they squeezed me in. My phone is a 12 pro, not even 2 months old. It was a challenge to repair, I failed to save my password for iCloud, also wasn’t sure if my stuff was even backed up to the cloud.Kevin was the technician helping me. He was patient, kind & made the experience pleasant.He found a way to save everything & the phone was repaired.
I walked in for a Genius Bar appointment, was put on a waiting list, and received great service from Cam! He was super nice, funny, and helpful throughout the whole process!
Okay, so I never leave reviews but my recent experience at the Apple store in Easton was such an unbelievably infuriating experience that I I feel like its my duty to warn the great people of Columbus to not waste their time.So my iPhone 11 screen recently cracked pretty badly, and the biggest problem is that my screen has started ghost touching severely. When I got to the Genius Bar for my appointment everything started going smoothly- that is until they ran their diagnostic app on my phone.The Genius Rep. told me that both my Face ID and Cameras were broken, finding this funny (since I used both features minutes before entering the store) I try myself and Face ID no longer works and both my cameras are unresponsive. The Representative quoted me $600 in repairs and encouraged me to just get a new phone. I agreed and went through with the purchase of a new phone, that is until both my Wells Fargo debit card and Credit Card couldnt be ran through Apples card readers.Now the real reason Im writing this review is because my Face ID and Cameras are still working, in fact as soon as she disconnected from the diagnostic app both came back immediately. Ive used both features without fail since going in last weekend.Now I dont know about you, but I find it VERY suspicious that these problems that I never experienced all of a sudden popped up right when the diagnostic app connected, and have since disappeared. Im not saying it was a sly way of creating a sense of urgency to push the customer into an up-sale, but it definitely felt like they were creating a fake sense of urgency to push me into an up-sale.Silverlining of this is that Verizon Wireless got me a iPhone 11 Max and an Apple Watch SE for $45.00 a month, Apple told me $55 a month for just the iPhone- just sayin.Everyone at the store was very nice all things considered- but if I ever see Steve Jobs again Im throwing hands.

Honestly, i have a love hate issue with apple. I bought the air pods pro and they decided not to tell anyone about the recall that came out. I literally stumbled upon the recall and had them exchange my air pods pro.The charged me the full amount and said they will take off the transaction once i ship my air pods back. they ended up taking the pending transaction back and i had working airpod pros. One month later they said i had the same issue and they stated they sent me a bad pair of air pods and i had to go to the store. They advised they would have them when i set up my appointment and would exchange them.I get to the location and after waiting for 25 minutes for my appointment they go to the back and test the air pods. Honestly, I’m a tech guy and at this point I’m an apple expert with how many issues I’ve had with air pods.The guy comes out and says you need to replace your air pods but we only have the right one here and you need to go to Polaris for the left one. At this point i ask can i just receive a discount on a new pair and just throw these in the trash.They tell me no so i decided to call apple after speaking with the manger….To sum it up i had to ship my air pods back to apple. in the mean time i bought a pair of Bose headphones and waited for a week to receive the new air pods. They did not handle the situation accordingly and it was a horrible experience.
My daughter and I had a great experience purchasing an upgraded phone from Cody. He patiently and clearly explained things to this tech-challenged Boomer. He also made sure my new phone had switched over all my photos, apps and contacts before leaving the store which Verizon was NOT going to do! I highly recommend going to the Easton Apple store for your next iPhone purchase regardless of your carrier. Hopefully, you will work with Cody (if you are so fortunate)!
Horrible. The closed due to health and safety reasons. So my brother just asked why and the guy said this conversation is over. My brother is a calm guy and I have never seen him confront anyone. This was the case at the Apple store. So we went to another Apple store and they were handing out masks. Okay, so it was a covid case. JUST TELL US THAT
Lauren the door girl that takes her 12/ hour to seriously, they refused me service after explaining to them I am medically Exempt from a mask then her Manager Amy gave me a big run around when all they had to do was swap my phone. I hope it was worth you both being reported.

I went in yesterday because my phone was having trouble charging. I was expecting the person who helped me to say my phone was broken and then try to convince me to buy a new one. I was completely wrong. He took my phone and cleaned it for me and tested the charging port out. Works like a charm. He did not pester me into buying a new phone. I am grateful for his help and will definitely come back when I want to buy a newer phone!
Went In today to PURCHASE my phone. Lady who helped me was literally pushing the fact that it wasn’t good that I was leaving the store without a screen protector,Case and Apple care . I understand that it something important on a new phone, but she made the situation seem like a big deal? She then asked about trading i told her no meaning NO and she still tried to push it. On top of that I have a watch that’s cracked and she noticed and starting commenting making me feel weird because it doesn’t matter .. she was asking when I got it and my phone when it was IRREVERENT to purchasing my phone. Again, I found it very rude for her to be making comments about my past purchases Just because there is something on a Apple product that I bought years.
Carrie the manager is ok with representing apple in this manner not a welcoming environment they have bouncers at the door. I can see maybe one security guard at the door but they have 5 like something is going to happen instead of feeling safe I felt very intimidated to come and spend my money this is hurting the apple brand.
WWould have been five stars except for the parking situation at Easton. My experiences with Apple have always been five star. I wish more companies would follow the Apple example when it comes to making purchases, returns and repairs. Their staff are always willing to go the distance to make sure that you are satisfied. On a technical issue, they won’t stop until it’s either determined what the problem is, or determined that it can’t be fixed.

I had such a lovely experience at the Apple Store at Easton today! I was helped by Cam who gave a fairly fledged our customer experience.I initially came in wanting a Belkin 3-in-1 MagSafe charger alongside a couple new Apple Watch Bands. Cam assisted in fitting my size for the solo loop Bands—as well and grabbing the Pride band for me. We also reviewed the color combos and were able to come up with the best color loop to get for my watch in the end. (Braided Product RED)He also was able to give me honest reviews of the AirTags, AirPods Max, and the Apple Pencil. I ended up only adding and buying the AirTags with a case, but will definitely be sure to come back for the Pencil once I get my new iPad Pro.I definitely look forward to coming to this store every time I get the chance—and would gladly work with Cam again. Compared to other past visits, this definitely was a great one! I’d recommend seeking out more Apple Superstars like Cam!

I had a great experience while shopping for a new laptop for my wife. I spoke with Tyler and he was very helpful. He went over our current and future needs without being pushy in any way. The Macbook Pro has been absolutely amazing to use. Highly recommend it if you are in the market for an advanced computer. Parking is only issue there. However, if youre going to Easton, then you already should know that in advance. Its rare to get a metered spot in front of the store, so just be ready to take a small walk.
My iphone 12 pro max has a screen issue. i have to press the unlock button many many times for it to turn on. Sometimes it turns on and half the screen is green. Even when my phone is restarting or updating i cannot see the screen. My phone screen has no cracks, and is in good condition. This is a clear hardware issue that was misdiagnosed as a software issue. As a young black man, i felt awkward being told to sit in the back of the store by myself, and wait 30 minutes to be told my phone is not broken, which it clearly is. Even with AppleCare, i was sent home with a broken phone and told to downgrade my OS. Downgrading prevented me from restoring a recent backup, and did not fix anything. Now i have to go through a whole work week with a broken phone and it’s getting worse. Thanks Apple. I should of just went to BestBuy.

Not really a fan of getting hounded by security for parking in the spot I was supposed to. I got out because I didn’t feel great, and the so called security repeatedly asked me if I had a order while I was obviously under distress. All I wanted to do was get my charger for my laptop so I can do my exams after I got my second COVID shot... and I’m treated like I’m doing sometime wrong?!?!? Definitely never going back to this location, Oh and the security men were literally just sitting on a bench on their phones waiting to yell at people, literally anyone who parked there

Dont buy iPhone 12 lineup until they fix this. Pictures taken from iPhone 12 (all models) gets lens flare in the picture if there is a light source in the frame. Light sources can be anything like Sun, Moon, Street light, and even the ceiling light in your house. Night time photos are more disturbing because of the lens flare. See the attached pictures.
Big fan of Easton town center. It has something for everyone. There are numerous restaurants of all types of cuisines. There are also shops where you can get anything you need! Always very clean.
I am not the kind of person to leave bad reviews, but I just had the absolute worst experience with Shay & Brittany (manager). If you receive a promise from Apple Care over the phone & have to go into a store to have that promise fulfilled, please do NOT trust these two or the store to honor that promise or to even be nice if they feel youre mislead. They were rude, dismissive, & did not honor the promise that was made to us by their own company. Even if it wasnt their fault & we were mislead by Apple Care, it was still their problem & their responsibility to rectify the situation & save the customer relationship. Instead, they acted like they wanted nothing to do with us, like were bothering them for believing Apple Care, and basically told us were SOL. Terrible service.

Went in to get a phone with a manufacturing error replaced and the security was really professional and made sure everyone had an appointment, was wearing a mask, got a temperature check, and asked about symptoms before showing me to my own table 10 feet apart from everyone else, which was cleaned as I walked up and twice more while I was going through the options for my phone repair and getting a free loaner phone set up. The genius staff were also very helpful, articulate, and respectful of my time. Glad to see that Apple is taking customer safety so seriously and maintaining great service with all the adapting going on. The innovations arent just in their products, its their service as well.
All the people there were very friendly as I was deciding on if I wanted something.
5:30pm, and heavy rain downpour. Several customers and I were refused entry into the store without any reason. “Sorry, the store is closed”, we were told while I stood drenched outside. The associate closed the door dismissively. There were 20+ customers shopping in the store at the time.
Did not have a good experience. Arrived at 4 o’clock long story but was told to come back at 7:15 to put a new battery in an iPhone after the photos were uploaded. Went to grab a bite to eat returned promptly at 7:15pm because everything is by appointments. To be told we would have to leave our phone overnight because they close on 45 min and it takes an hour to put a battery in. I wish they would have told us this before as we live a good hour or more away. Then he told us he would not suggest a battery for an older model phone like mine. That I should get a new phone. Opposite of what the first technician told us. We left with our phone. What a waste of time.
TERRIBLE EFFORT AT PROVIDING CUSTOMER SATISFACTIONAfter getting a quote of $478+ tax for my battery replacement and additional damage, their online support team assured me the store would be able to provide me with a more affordable route. When i took it into the store, they quoted me at a $999 repair!! Why did it suddenly cost as much as a new Macbook to fix my 2015 model? If I had known I wouldve been WORSE off coming to the store, I would have had them repair it in at their headquarters for the $478.Ive been using these products for years but their lack of customer satisfaction has me looking elsewhere lately.

I think they could have made better use of the space to accommodate for mitigation of the virus during the winter months. Having people stand outside was fine during summer and fall but they knew winter was coming like Starks at Winterfell but did not design the store to allow patrons to come inside in small numbers and sections with an air exchange system. They could have had the genius bar set up at the back with a number of partitions leading from the entrance to the back where each partition accommodates 3 persons. This would allow several persons the ability to physically distance and mask while waiting safely in warmth and reducing the amount of time they would have to wait in the cold.

Spoke with Apple support online and asked them to schedule me for service to replace the chassis and screen on my computer that had been damaged. Got there for my appointment and the representative who assisted me, Kevin, rang me up for a bunch of parts I did not want replaced (the computer works fine it just needs to be put in a new case with a new screen) and when questioned condescended to me like I had no idea what I was talking about and was extremely disrespectful, and refused to write up the service order as was discussed with the agent who scheduled my service appointment.
So sad to see such a great store that sells incredible products be such a wreck. Staff is rude. Weird bouncers at the door (multiple). Pretentious. Go online. Or better yet, get real help at a store like bestbuy. Only go here if you MUST to get something fixed with AppleCare.

Ordered and paid for 2 new iPhones online, drove an hour to pick them up and promptly arrived at my appointment time of 11:00am on the dot. They refused to give me my phones because I forgot my ID even though I was able to have my husband send me a picture of it via text and even though I had already paid for my phones and the guy laughed in my face after seeing that I was upset. Nowhere in my order confirmation did it say I needed to have an ID.

I have coverage from the USA but live in Canada . Didn’t know I needed to purchase a $10 a month plan for my watch . Not a problem.. love my watch.. So the apple rep helped me he was kind and patient his name was (Darryl Elmor) . Please let him know how much I appreciated his time and effort to help me. I love my watch now!! Had a negative experience here. They have a lot of security, which is unnecessary. The staff were very inattentive and made it very apparent that they had no interest in helping me. Because of my experience here I have switched over to a non-Apple phone, after being a loyal customer of Apple for 10 years! I hope they learn from their shortcomings during this pandemic.
Purchased new devices online and picked up at the store. It was an excellent experience, as usual. The processes put into place during the Covid-19 crisis allowed us to feel safe while still receiving outstanding service.

I bought two Apple 6S I-Phones, in June, 2018. This morning, when I went to retrieve one of my I-phones, I noticed that it was only charged at 10%, instead of 100%, as I leave it plugged in all night. Since I am not familiar with charging cords, I assumed that it had to be the battery, which was faulty. Ive never used this Apple Store before, and it is not possible to reach a live person on the telephone. The robot computerized voice asked for the IMEI number. I had no idea, where it was located. Hence, I could not make an appointment, and decided to go in person to the Apple Easton store.When I arrived there, I informed one of their personnel outside what the problem was. He was pleasant until he wanted to know if I had an appointment. When I told him that I didnt, he would not let me go in. I tried to reason with him politely, and told him that I lived over ten miles away. However, he would not budge. When I told him that I didnt know how to access the information that the computerized robot wanted at the 1-800 Apple number, he didnt have any patience, and told me that I would need the serial number. However, he was wrong, as it was not the serial number which was requested, but an IMEI number, which he didnt show me where it was located.In any event, I left and made an online appointment, which was scheduled for several hours later the same day. When I came back, I was treated much more professionally, and with respect. I was immediately taken in, and I showed a representative a copy of my online appointment. I waited a few minutes until another representative came over. He tested my phone, and determined that the battery was fine, but my charger was defective. When I came home, I changed charger cords, and was able to successfully charge my I Phone 6-S.The point that Im trying to make, is that the rude person outside, who saw me at 11:10AM that morning, could have let me go in; it only took a few minutes to determine that my charger was defective, later that same day.I had to drive home another 10 miles, and then drive back another 20 miles later that day (round trip), to get to the Apple Easton store, because the incompetent, rude, impatient, and less than empathetic representative would not initially let me into the store. When Apple sold me the two I-Phones in 2018, then they were very nice, since they wanted the sale. However, when it came to servicing one of those devices, their initial service, for lack of a better word stunk! I hope that I dont have a similar experience, if I ever need servicing in the future. Hence, I have no choice, but to rate that Apple Store a two out of five. Their personnel should be better trained in public relations.

I went to the store to replace my left AirPod which wasn’t working and bought a new one which was fine but then I realized the one she gave me didn’t match with right AirPod so when I went back to complain they said go back and reset them then it should work and I did but it ended up not working. I went back for a third time and talked to another lady and she said the AirPod case was a second generation so they gave me a second generation AirPod and the right one was a first generation. As long as the AirPods match you can use them with either generation case. So I asked what was the generation AirPod I gave you earlier and she made the excuse that there was a lot of junk to go threw to find it when I had literally came in there 20 minutes ago then said it looks like I have to buy another AirPod for the right side. That’s ridiculous I went to buy and replace one and ended up having to get another just because they wanted to mix match airpods
Stood in line 20 min at Apple Easton. As people left the store they let others in. Temp taken, ask if symptoms. They let me in store to stand on a dot and someone will assist. He asks if I have appt. I do not. Did not know I needed one. No signage, no one asked. Deep in website it says to arrange appt. Very poor communication. BS
I called the Easton Apple Store to get a new MagSafe Power Adapter. The sales associate told me I could pay over the phone or make an appointment to come in to the store to get it. I chose to pay over the phone and then the associate set at time for me to come in and get it. I showed up at my designated time and my order was not ready. I called to speak to a manager who said they cannot do anything until I receive an email the order is ready for pick up. I was told the orders take awhile to process (despite being ordered directly at their store over the phone). I called again 5 hours after ordering the power adapter over the phone. I made an appointment to just come in and buy the adapter and it took less than 10 minutes but, somehow, the store was unable to just grab that and fill my phone order. Then, as I worked with the sales associate to cancel the first order, I was instructed that I had to sit in the store an additional 20 minutes to wait for the email that was supposed to be sent to me. That email was going to let me know the first order was ready for pick up. At that time, I was to let the sales associate would grab it, mark it as picked up, then, I could return it. Needless to say, the email didnt come. Finally, after 30 minutes of waiting, I told a sales associate and they checked their system to show that my order was ready. Then, I had to wait for them to check it out to me. THEN, I was able to return it. This was so ridiculous because there should have been a process to cancel the order since it was not filled at the time. The sales associates in the store should be able to process a return much more quickly not over 6 1/2 hours.
Wouldnt have gone here even if I needed to. Even in the cold and snow people were waiting in a huge line outside and there seemed to be more security people than was absolutely necessary even though the place didnt seem to be full or even at covid policy levels.
Still a nice shopping experience, it would be even nicer had not about a third of the venues closed due to COVID, but what can you do?

If I could give a no stars I would. I originally had a appointment 1:40 I arrived at 1:42. So I waited 15 minutes before I asked how long I would have to wait. The guy rudely said well you were late so you have to wait. I asked do you know how long that will that be. His response was how ever long it takes. I have never had Apple so Ive never been to this store. After the way I was spoke to I will never return to that store.
Had to wait in line to get in and their reservation system is a 15min-no-response phone call(no other way). Gave up and I guess Ill wait forever to buy apple phone as a gift for a friend.

Walked in before 7:30 to ask for a lightening cable replacement that’s still under the 1-year warranty. I was turned away because they said I needed a genius appointment. I’ve walked in before to get a replacement with no appointment. It takes very little time to do. Best Buy who is an Apple authorized service provider did not have the ability to replace it either because of their limited relationship with Apple
Lucky MeThis place is nice and the staff was helpful. I needed the passcodes reset on two device. Lucky for my the Apple store is a short 45 minute drive from my house. When I got there they informed me that they had changed there policy and I now had to have on appointment prior to seeing a genius.I hate calling them that. No problem. they helped me make on appointment right on the spot and I didnt even have to make on appointment to make an appointment. How nice. Came back the next week and thankfully I had an appointment this time. Sat down and waited 20 minutes for what apple calls a genius🙄. Again I was very lucky that he was able to let me know I needed proof of purchase before they could reset my password. Oh that so helpful. So I got to make a total of three trips over the course of three weeks to the Apple store. Lucky me. I try very hard to leave informative reviews, If this was helpful please let me know by giving me a thumbs up.
