Max told me he was the new guy - maybe thats why he was dead set on doing a good job for me, his customer. I found him to be businesslike, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and a good listener and communicator who was helpful instead of pushy.Probably the fastest phone Ive ever bought, and I have Max to thank for that. He was methodical in suggesting just the class of Android phone I told him I was looking for, and he was great about narrowing those choices from there through knowledgeable features comparison. I didnt have a question he didnt chase down and answer for, and it went from four phones to one very quickly. After spending a day with this phone, Im convinced I made the right choice.T-Mobile stores are very much alike - what sets them apart is their people. Ask for Maxwell.
Service great. Today I learned some new things about my phone
Victoria is absolutely amazing! I was switching from Verizon and it took almost 2 hours to completely access my account since I’m not the primary account holder but she was so helpful and patient while I got the information I needed. She is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and I’m so glad I chose this location to switch. Mark is very helpful too and I’m glad I was able to have such a good first step with both of them!
If I could give 0 stars I would do so. I’m am rating 2 people specifically. The rep Josh was assisting me. I purchased an iPhone XR online and went to the store to pick up. He refused to give me the phone if already purchased simply because I currently have an out of state area code and didn’t want any assistance transferring my data over from my old phone to my new phone. He refused to give me any other info. He sent some texts messages to his leadership Mike who approved to NOT give me the phone and Mike was not even in store. They believed I was trying to scam simply off those two facts. I offered to verify any information they needed and even transfer my data at this point but again they refused and were very unprofessional. Josh and Mike need to do better at their jobs. Needless to say I contacted corporate for a better resolution. They we’re beyond helpful. If you need any services through spring I suggest going to the corporate store on S Hamilton Rd. I feel I was denied service at this broad st location for invalid reasons and would like to save more people the hassle. So if you want something done right the first time, just head over to S Hamilton Rd. Or of course just don’t deal with Josh or Mike.
I went in and asked whether it was a preferred wireless store a corporate sprint store. I had a bad experience with a preferred wireless store and wasn’t up for the run around. The male looked at me and said, “as a customer I don’t know why that matters to you.” Then after stating he was going to look up my account, he escorted new customers out to their car and told me they had been there two hours and he was being nice. I’ve been a customer for 5 years. You should be concerned about me remaining a customer. Needless to say I left and am now a happy customer of another carrier.
Horrible! It is closed...
A smaller but more attentive store that required no wait time. This is my second visit & both times my problem was resolved quickly, efficiently & happily.
Called about adding a galaxy watch to my plan, they had what I wanted in stock so they told me to come in a they could do it for me. Walked into the store and wasnt greeted or even acknowledged by the employee who was talking to another customer. Stood in the store for about 25-30mins and still nothing. I understand helping a customer but you should still acknowledge customers as they walk in. And to have 1 employee working the store on a saturday is absolutely insane, multiple customers walked in and left because if the poor and lack of service.
Been to Town and Country sprint store twice. Both times worse customer service ever! Today went for a screen protector. They only had one. They completely messed it up trying to put it on. With no more in the store, sent me away now with no protector and no apology, wasting 45 minutes of my time!!
I absolutely hate sprint service they truly dont care about their customers
No wait time. Excellent service. The best store in Town and Country.
Friendly people, great environment. Always hooking me up with the best deals and I leave satisfied every time.
Sprint overall sucks at customer service, especially online, but the people here are great.
Great service, very knowledgeable and attentive!
Nice accessories, I just leasemy Samsung Galaxy S8 here
The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable as well!
Such slow service, literally people walking in and out because of only one clerk at this location.
Most friendly sprint team in existance!
Well this time the computer was down and I wasnt able to accomplish my business at hand
Dissatisfied with obtuse behavior by staffCold not terribly helpful
The reps here are litttttttttt 📱🔥📱
