Needed to have bathroom light and exhaust fan replaced. Called Watts Up and talked to owner, Brian. Scheduled repairs for week out. Doug was the main electrician who came out. Made all repairs in just over one hour, and charged decent price. Did good work, and cleaned up well. I would use them again. On a negative note, they did not provide a receipt or any work done document

We had a fantastic experience! Gave them a call one day that our heat was not working because our breaker kept blowing out. They were able to come out that day and got us fixed up! Great service! We will use them again!

They ask for payments in cash and dont give you a receipt. They state they guarantee the work but in a months time the wiring wasnt working. They dont return calls or texts, if you use a phone number they dont know they will take your call giving you excuses as to why they havent replied to earlier communications. They will then schedule an appointment for that same week only to not show up or call. They know Im very ill and have little financial resources. I just want the job repaired, if I have to hire someone else I would like WattsUp to cover the expense.
