Excellent service and wonderful people

The spring on our garage door broke. The technician came out quickly to fix it. He was very friendly and explained everything very well. I would definitely recommend them to others. I was very happy with the service I received.

TERRIBLE!! I HAD To give them one star in order to post but they deserve 0 stars!!Had them come out and replace a broken spring on our door in June. This week the chain on our garage door opener broke. I realized that the spring was in tact, so I called a different company to come and fix the chain on the opener itself. The tech that came out said the opener had a lot of life left, but the reason it broke was because the wrong size spring was on the door. The spring that was used was too small for the door causing the motor to work extra hard to push the door down. I paid PAD door over 200 in June to fix the spring and over 700 last night to have a new opener and everything else installed. I called PAD Door Systems to let them know. They offered not even an apology. There was no offer to do anything to make the situation right. Instead he simply said we would have fixed the spring if you let us. Well by the time there was an issue a whole lot more than just the spring needed to be replaced. This was THEIR mistake in the first place! The worst customer service ever!

Pad Door installed an operator on my garage door in Bexley and they did an awesome job! They were very easy to work with, their price was the most competitive from all the companies I talked with and they actually followed up with me unlike some other companies out there.

Took 35 min for them to find my order then 30 more min to get me loaded
