Great Customer Service!!I needed a new lock for my patio door and could not find the one I needed. I went to 8 different stores and no one even tried to help me find what I needed.I called A.I.M. and they told me to come in they would help me find what I needed or find something that would work. Within 5 minutes of walking in the door I had 3 people helping me. They found the exact part I needed!I wish I could give more than 5 stars because great customer service goes a long way and is really hard to find!

I purchased all new windows and doors for my 70s condo from AIM in November 2016. There was a very quick turnaround, especially considering 2 of my 4 patio doors and 3 of my windows were custom sizes! The staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend AIM to anyone!

Great customer service and they even pointed me in the right direction on how to fix a window versus replacing.

This company installed all my windows when the house was built. Recently two of my windows seals were broken and I called them to see if they would come over and fix the windows. They refused to honor their own warranty, instead offered to replace the glass as long as I pay for both glass and labor. I hesitated but still asked them to give me an estimate to see what would be the cost. Its been two weeks and I have called twice to see if they are still going to send me an estimate for the job. At this point, even if they offer it for FREE I am not going to waste my time with these jokers. There are plenty of window companies out there who would love to earn my business. Aim window wont make it long in this business I guarantee that.

When I called and told Amanda what I needed, she hung up on me. When I called back and told her she hung up on me she just sat there and said nothing. She offered no assistance. Worst customer service I have ever received anywhere!!! Use 84 Lumber instead! They quick to help me get what I needed!!
