I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Randy Silas and Joel in finance. This by far was one of the easiest and best car buying experience I have ever had. I have bought a lot of cars over the years and by far this experience with Mr. Silas sets the bar for all future purchases.Mr Silas was easy to speak with on the phone and he was very patient with me while listening to what I needed and why especially during the negotiation process. The entire transaction was completed in less than five minutes, over the phone. Mr Silas was very courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough during the entire process. He communicated every step of the way with me and also ensured that delivery was easy! Also, the most important part, was that I was an out of state buyer and Mr. Silas drove four hours round trip to bring the car to Jackson, MS since this was the easiest airport for me to travel to from Texas. This is customer service and going above and beyond. To me this felt like a very personalized experience and not just a transaction.Mr. Joel in finance was equally impressive with how easy he made the entire finance process. Mr. Joel called me within five minutes of getting my application with all the approval information and ensured that the financing received was absolutely the best possible. He too communicated through the entire process and made it easy for me to ensure that I had all the information for an out of state purchase.I cannot begin to say enough about both Mr. Joel and Mr. Silas. These two individuals exemplified the best customer experience for any type of purchase. In todays world it seems like customer service is gone and even getting someone to do the bare minimum is difficult. Mr Silas and Mr Joel personalized the entire experience and made you feel like you were part of the Hogan Family. As we continue to purchase vehicles, as long as they have a brand that my family wants, we will always go to them first.Thank you Mr. Silas and Mr. Joel.

They took entirely too long to schedule a recall. Didnt contact me after the parts came in, and then gave me the run-around about getting it done. 2 stars because they finally did the work and didnt mess up my vehicle in the process. Their excuse was they only had 1 tech for my brand vehicle. Hows that my problem?

I have owned several Rams since 1998 and I have had the best service here than any other dealership Ive delt with. I knew which truck I wanted when I got there and what I liked most was that they didnt try to get me to buy something I didnt want.There was no pressure to try to get me into another truck instead of the one I liked. Most dealers try to sell the one they want to sell, not what the buyer wants.

The lady that checked us in and made the ticket to have my car inspected for a recall interrupted me when I tried to tell her something about my car. She was somewhat rude all the way around. Other than that things were good
