If you see it advertised on Marketplace his team will go above and beyond to guide you through the endless mazes at his warehouse. I need to go back with an empty truck before I look around the warehouse. So--best of both worlds here. See it on Facebook then make a retail transaction with convenient hours for pickup.

Tragic at best. Saw an add for a new car seat, but you were asked not to message and a hidden message somewhere to call? Cant find it. Oddly enough, I was told car seats arent discounted. There were hundreds of items all at a discount, not car seats, tho. Add is still up. Bait and switch. I will do a full review later today. I had to add the star to post.

I found this business in a group on Facebook and was immediately attracted because I love a good treasure hunt, however; my nerves were bad in here. I am a dirt cheap fan because I’m able to figure out what I’m looking at. This place has several rules posted everywhere such as (do not open boxes) and the employees weren’t interested in helping me figure out what was in the BROWN BOXES so I gave up. I guess they are really more interested in eBay sales instead of brick and mortar.

I message seller about the item for sale. I inquired about payments accepted and since I’m pregnant, could they help load it in my vehicle. Seller messaged saying they would load it into my vehicle. I stated I was picking me kids up from school and on my way to pick up the item which was a glider/rocking chair. The seller acknowledged this. This message was at 2:05pm. I rushed and picked up my kids at two different schools and drove the almost 30 minutes to the warehouse. I got there and walked in inquiring about the chair. I was told “I messaged you awhile ago. The chair was picked up by someone else a few minutes ago.” I was livid. I was driving and the seller knew this and I didn’t get the message until standing in front of him and looked at my phone to verify what he said. The message came through at 3:05 pm and I arrived at 3:20. This is horrible service and business. He knew I was on my way and he didn’t even bother to message me to ask if I was almost there or tell anyone the item was pending sale. I wasted over an hour rushing to get there. The seller was not remorseful nor care how much time and gas I had wasted going to the warehouse or that he sold it knowing I was on my way.

I never give any one 1 star, but so sad, I drive 2 hours and 1/2 for pickup 2 chairs on there FB (Wright Robert ) I try to contact he not there, ( not answer phone) even his employees have attitude, terrible customer service and RACISTNot respect people time
