Bought a handgun from here and for me being a paying customer, those Mexican girls (not women) were very rude and sarcastic!! I recommend a different pawnshop!! Theyll probably treat you better if you are white or Mexican

Avoid this place if you plan on trying to sell any type of gaming console, they clearly dont know anything about it. The person next to me was trying to sell a PS4 that was going through updates and they told him they couldnt take it because it kept shutting off and on. Systems do that when you do updates they shut off and on occasionally. And they tried to offer me $10 for a Playstation TV saying that Target has them on sale for $9. If they would do a basic eBay or Google search it would see these things go for $200 new. Unless you want to get screwed, avoid this place at all costs

They have an very impressive selection and if they dont have what your looking for in storage (rare) they will find it or more than likely have it at their other location (in phenix city across the bridge). Ive sold there occasionally over the years and been satisfied with the pay. If your are looking to buy firearms this is the place. Went into this store and placed my TV on the counter and the short Caucasian lady asked me what did i want for the TV. Then asked did I have the remote, I said yes and $200. She snared her face up and said, I am not going anywhere near that, $75. I grabbed my TV and as she was walking away she said thanks for checking with us with ZERO effort in customer service!! NOT ONCE did she even ask what kind of TV it was nor did she ask anything about this television which is a 39 inch MEANT condition Phillips smart TV which sells in best buy for $329.99. No negotiations or nothing. I hope this helps your decision on buying/pawn/selling at this location!

I called this store the same day as taking my item being told I could get a certain amount and that they do in fact take said item. when I arrived (20 miles away) I was told they didnt take the item . I find this very unprofessional and just not a way to conduct business especially when then item was in pristeen Condition and an older model sitting on the sales floor.

I went to Northside Pawn Shop and upon entering the store, the staff said hello and welcome even though the store had several customers they were already helping. I told them thank you and that I was just looking. I went to the gun side of the store to look for an item. They did not have what I was asking for, but the man behind the counter said he could order it. So I said ok and I was called 5 days later, (over the weekend) and I purchased my item. I am very pleased with my purchase and the fair price and the friendly, knowledgeable staff. I am not a regular customer, I do not know anyone who works there, I maybe buy something 1 time a year, but the staff all treated me like we were all friends. What more could anyone ask for in great service?

Have been going to Money Mixer for a long time. I pick up my HDTV get it home and there is a crack in my TV. I know for a FACT that we didnt put it there but dont want to own up to it. Spent $250 for them to break my damn tv. Dont go here they do not take care of your stuff😡😡😡😡😡😡

I went here the other day to sell a ring. They told me they couldnt go anywhere near what I wanted because the weight of the diamonds were under 1/2 a carat. This by the way was just looking with her eyes. I knew it was more than that as I bought it. I took down the road to get a second opinion and what do you know? They said it it was 1 and 3/4 carat total weight. I will no longer do any business here since that makes it seem like they just want to screw you over. Also I believe the lady was talking about me on the way out but I guess it could have been about another customer....

Went in to look at and possibly purchase a firearm I was not even acknowledged by the staff....i well stick with wild bills.

I have purchased a few firearms from this location and have had my compound bow serviced here as well. Nothing but friendly and help staff.
