Little donation depot, perfect setup. Quick arrival, it was not busy. Could pull up right to the front door. The donation personnel was right there to help handle our stuff. Got out quick! Thank you!

This is for the small donation center in the parking lot of Winn Dixie. I drove up and started taking out my bags. I noticed a man inside but he didn’t come out. Usually they help you but i figured maybe there were different procedures due to covid. After I get my 5 bags on the ground, I poke my head in and say to the guy is this good where it is. He doesn’t say a word (mind you he has no name tag on or mask) and just points at the sign on the door saying “large donations need to go to the other store”. He says “I don’t know they just told me not to take more than 2 bags”. Well maybe that distinction should be on your sign? Then he gives me more attitude. Finally he says fine just leave it there. Well which is it dude? I felt like I was hassling the guy instead of getting a thank you or some professionalism. I was donating about a grand worth of clothes and shoes after all. Usually the employees at the retail stores are super nice so I am not sure what was up with this guy.

I love Goodwill! The staff is well trained. Goodwill does a great job training and employing people!

The lady working there was very rude, unwelcoming and has a very bad attitude. She had no name tag and refused to give her name after she made feel really bad when I was making a donation. Goodwill should not have rude people receiving donation.
