We used Marble Cliff Oil Co. for years with no issues, R.D.Holder Oil Co. had purchased this business and now were having problems. On Feb 4, 2021 we purchased our 2nd load of heating oil from R.D.Holder Oil Co, for this season. On Feb 8, 2021 we woke-up to a very cold house, boiler not running. Checked the Boiler System and found the fuel oil filter plugged and very dirty (black) fuel oil. Called R.D.Holder Co. and started getting the run around etc. After 2-days got a call back and we agreed to have their service contractor to investigate and he found water and sediment in the fuel-oil. The lady from R.D.Holder Co. called and said she would send a truck to pump-out and refill my tank. That was over a week ago and we have not heard back from them. The Customer Services were so unprofessional that I havent called back, but will follow-up with the B.B.B.
