I was so impressed with their communication and customer service! The first tank they sent me wasnt quit the right style so once I sent them photos they acknowledged their error and printed and sent me a new one WITH the express shipping I had used the first time. It was here quickly and looks and fits great. Props to them for going the extra mile. Very trustworthy and good quality product.

I placed an order of a tee shirt with a picture on it. It came out terribly!!!! Blurry. Cant even tell who the person is in the pic! Chatted with customer service for a good 45 mins. They wanted to give me an $11 refund on a $30 shirt! UNACCEPTABLE. They offered to do another one on different material which would have been fine if they would have not wanted to charge me for faster shipping. I dont feel like I should have had to pay anything additional! This was supposed to be a gift. I had already waited too long to get the very messed up shirt they sent. I cant believe they didnt at least call me about it when they had to see that it was very bad quality! A company like this should have a program to tell you whether or not your image will come out right when you are creating it!I will never shop with this place again!

The shirt arrived way before the estimated date.The logo without the square background is even better than I expected, I did not know that you can remove the background (which I wish it can be done).The print is sharp and solid, not like the cheap iron on which last couple months.I sure will reorder againDziem

I ordered an outfit for my fur baby. Tried to leave my purchase review with this company and they changed my review star? I had given them a 3 and they changed it to a 5 on their own. Unacceptable! The outfit fits fine however, there are small holes forming by the seam already and it is much thinner than expected. I also tried to leave a review through a site called trust pilot. DO NOT do this as they require your email addresses to be shared at the end. I will not give this to them just for a review. Do not trust this trust pilot site! Not happy at all with all of this. Giving your own company your own star ratings to make the company better is NOT ok!

First the positive... Five minutes after placing my order, I realized I selected the wrong font. Customer Service was awesome and they changed the font selection over the phone. They also sent me a new proof of the font. GREAT job.The shirts arrived this weekend. Wow what a disappointment in the quality. The white womens shirt (Basic Relaxed Fit Port) is HORRIBLE quality. Its a box in shape, super thin and nothing like I expected for $15.97 per shirt. We will not be wearing these for our event. Big disappointment.

I was having a hard time finding a good ring bearer gift. I stumbled upon this website the week of the rehearsal dinner. Even ordering it with express shipping, it was scheduled to arrive the day after the rehearsal dinner. I contacted customer service and explained my predicament. I was amazed they were able to bump up the arrival date to get it to me in time. I was able to give our 3-year-old ring bearer his present at the dinner and he loved it!

Ordered three products from Tees by Leese storefront and they were beautifully designed and printed. Customizedgirls new metallic fonts are wonderful and wash well. The print, color, and quality of the shirt was perfect, but I was a bit surprised on how big their medium is. I chatted with Liz and even though it was my own mistake for ordering a wrong size, she took care of it and ordered me a smaller size. I was blown away with how nice their customer service is. I received my 2 customized dog bowls today and they look lovely, GREAT printing quality and FAST shipping .Unfortunately one of them was damaged in transit. I emailed the help line today and god a reply within the hour and confirmation slip of a full FREE replacement to be sent to me on an express shipment.I am so impressed with the amazing support and attentiveness of this company, i give the biggest thumbs up and will defiantly be returning.Bridget from Australia.

Out of 2 orders, I received only 75% of my order, one Tee had remnants of another design on it, and they printed and sent the wrong product for the other one. Customer service said they would gift me some store credit, but that also didnt happen. They put another order on hold and never called or emailed me to tell me... this place is so unorganized.

My husband and son loved their matching shirts! They were a great price after the 25% discount. Only thing I was a little irritated about was that I was charged $2.00 more for the 2xl size which I think was unnecessary. Other than that, great quality and exactly what I wanted.

Horrible! I ordered a pair of customized pjs for a friends birthday and was charged twice by Customized Girl. When I emailed customer service to ask about the charge, they told me that it was a holding charge and would drop off in 7 business days ... TWO MONTHS LATER ... I am still dealing with the double charge and trying to get reimbursed. If I have known that it would be this much of a hassle, I would have made the pjs myself. Avoid the drama and order from another company.

If you want the clothing not to fit this is the place for you. My 3 year old sons size 6 pajamas fit like a 2. Didnt cover his belly. It was thin etc. My sisters maternity shirt was small as well. Overpriced junk.
