Highly recommend Countertop Surface Solutions. Installers were very professional and their expertise was readily apparent. Their was a minor glitch in one of the granite pieces, but a new piece was cut that day and installed first thing the following morning. My wife and I had no idea what we wanted, and they were patient and very helpful. The installation process was flawless, clean and ridicously smooth. Best contractor that Ive used in my 30 years in Columbus. We were slow to make a decision and they worked with us every step of the way. Jerry created a custom template to insure that the quartz was cut correctly for our less than perfect walls and corners. Price was very competitive and the quality of the work was impeccable. They were careful to protect our new floors and the cleanup was spotless. They used several steel plates to help support the counter on our custom island. It was a great solution and saved us from using posts. We also used their plumber and back-splash installer. Both were timely and did great work.

From the initial meeting, to the finished product, the team at Countertop Solutions were incredibly professional. My wife and I received granite/quartz quotes from Home Depot, Lowes and another Columbus countertop company. As we were about to make a decision, I stopped by Countertop Solutions, and Im glad I did. Hank was very knowledgeable, and patient as we discussed options. We hand-picked our style of granite from their inventory on site. Jerry came out and laser measured our kitchen and we received a quoted within 24 hours - we were blown away at the savings compared to the other companies. They cut and prepared the granite in-house and was ready to install within 10 days. The installers were very polite and very detail oriented, installing our countertops, backsplash and new kitchen sink. After the install, they even delivered a custom granite cutting board with the leftover supplies, just because. The experience from beginning to end was too good to be true and I would highly refer this company for your countertop needs!

Hands down the best experience we have had This is our 2nd time having granite installed and we can not recommend them enough. When we were ready to have our countertops redone in our new home I called every installer in licking county and 10 others in Columbus. Countertop surface solutions was the best price, soonest to have installed, and the most honest about the process.Jerry was honest with me and so were his fabricators. Jerry worked hard to get me on the schedule quickly (2-3 weeks sooner than anyone else) and the best price he could. He also did not sell me more product than I needed (which everyone else tried) and was honest about each supplier.The fabricators and installers were professional and did an amazing job.
