I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience working with Affordable Granite and installing my new granite Kitchen countertops. I got a few additional quotes from other company and Affordable Granite’s price was the most competitive being roughly twenty percent less than other companies. They also included a new sink, which is a really nice bonus. The price definitely helped in making my decision, but wasn’t the only reason. I also like how you only payed for the granite you used. Other companies required that you purchased the entire slab, or two, even you didn’t need it all. I felt like I got a the most value for my money with Affordable Granite. The communication was also excellent. They were very quick responding to emails and also calling me to give updates on the process. The day of the install Ryan was responsible for the installation. He was very knowledgeable about the process explaining to me how to care for my new countertops and answering any questions I had. I highly recommend them. You won’t be disappointed.

We just had our 30 year old cheap kitchen countertop replaced with beautiful quality quartz, wow what a difference! We are so pleased with our experience with Affordable Granite, they did a fantastic job I would definitely recommend them, they were friendly, knowledgeable and affordable.

Not a fan of Jimmy! Ill work with Mark from here on in. He was nice and helpful the day before.I wanted a piece granite cut from a remnet and was told to call back with measurements.I did and they wanted to install. So after getting the price for drive time plus installation, I thought it rather high.. He explained labor is most of the cost, not the granite remnit.After speaking with my contractor, I asked to just purchase only the cut granite. The cost remained not much less than the first estimate. I questioned that because of what he just told me about labor being most if the cost and he raised his voice to me, well just, how much do you want to pay for granite!!. I want to pay remnit price without the installation and travel labor!

Half the price as Granite Guy and fantastic, super responsive costumer service by Bob and Fran (Owners). It was a super fast and efficient process with no marketing fluff. The installers were super knowledgeable and they were in and out like a flash. Great job, I highly recommend Affordable Granite for your granite/natural stone needs.

They were great to work with and got the job done fast and without problems. They did our granite countertops for the whole kitchen and the bar area. Fran was wonderful to work with and was very friendly. Not sure why the other reviewer had problems with her. They were very upfront and treated us very fairly. Got multiple pricing and they were the most competitive.

0 Stars!!! We had granite installed and the techs disconnected our faucet and everything. They told us not to put anything on the granite or mess with it for 24 hours because it had just been sealed. So we were waiting out the 24 hours to have the new faucet installed. Well...less than 24 hours later I hear a fizzing sound and look under the sink to see water spraying out everywhere. I ran to the basement to turn of the water to the house and the basement ceiling had caved in and our finished basement completely flooded!!! Okay, accidents happen. So even though Im freaking out I think this company will take care of something they should be liable for. Nope! Fran tried to say we must have bumped the pipe under the sink even though we had not even opened the cabinet until I heard the water. We went through our insurance and they tried to get reimbursement from Affordable Granites liability insurance and they said it was not their fault!!! Not to mention the fact that our granite has a chip in it and I cannot get Fran to return my calls or emails after she said they would come out to fix it. Horrible, horrible, horrible!!!

The price was very good and Fran was very helpful with the details.The service was good and the technicians did a great job!Enjoyed meeting Fran.I love my granite!

I flip homes and can only say they do a great work.They price is better then anything I have came accross. The work was completed within 10 days or less start to finish. Thank you!

Horrible customer service is an understatement. Fran is rude, extremely rude, and refused to even show us any slabs that were available. We spent approximately 20 minutes there and were told tier 1 granite would cost $2,000, only to be told that we should just go somewhere else. I’m confused, so you do or don’t want business? We decided to go over to Discount Granite, where we received amazing service, picked out slabs, scheduled an installation date (our new granite will be installed within 4 days), and got a better deal($1700). We spent 30 minutes at Discount Granite and left with a placed order. Affordable Granite sucks all around, don’t recommend them at all.

I want to thank Fran, Bob and their installers at Affordable Granite. The countertops and sink look great.

We recently remodeled our kitchen and this was far and away the best contractor on the job. It really was affordable with great service.

This place deserves 0 stars! The customer service was horrific! My husband and I walked and was created by Fran who was VERY unfriendly and RUDE. We told her what we were looking for and she asked us what places we have been to. We told her that we have been to several places looking for the right countertop and prices. My husband told her we left a few places put West and she was nasty say they were all out West. We told her that we had been to a few places on East side of Columbus who had Granite and Quartz in house. She proceeds to ask what we are looking for and my husband shows her the white quartz. She says well you will have to buy the entire slab. We told her we werent aware of that as a few other places charges by the sqft. She proceeds to tell us that we should have went with them then. After that comment we just walked out the door. Terrible customer service!
