Jade, the cashier was the most helpful human there ever was. The item I was trying to get was out of stock on the shelf but the count/ website said there were 2 left. They called to have the back checked and when the person back there couldn’t find they went out to search themselves. It ultimately wasn’t there so we ordered online to have it delivered at my house but I really appreciate the effort. Great customer service

When I contacted them they said sorry for the inconvenience....it wasnt inconvenient it was dangerous and scary (I even sent pictures so they could see how dangerous it was.) Im not trying to sue them but having your hand covered in glass seems an apology and maybe some kind of compensation situation to me. Ive gotten the same inconvenient and let us do our due diligence message 4 times for almost 2 weeks. I wont do business with them again and careful opening your bags everyone.
Jake Textor in the Hair Salon was awesome! This was my first time using their salon services for hair, and Im so grateful Jake was able to get me in. I called from the parking lot on a whim to see if they had any openings for a walk-in, and the person who answered (Jake) said, Yes, if you were to be here in the next five minutes. I said I would be there in 30 seconds, and the beautification ritual began. I love the cut and the styling he did. Ive never loved a haircut so this was a new experience. Jake is my new permanent stylist!

I have visited Ultas all across the country. This Ulta staff in Easton is the most fabulously diverse, customer service oriented staff i have ever experienced! KUDOS TO THIS TEAM!!! BRAVO!!Jake in the salon is the most talented stylist I have encountered!! He is a dream! The man does what you need EVERY SINGLE TIME!! He wields those shears like a surgeon does a scapul....nothing less than perfection!! No client can leave dissapointed....hes got it!!
Came to this location looking for curly hair products right after a subpar experience at the Polaris location some days ago. This is a fairly busy store but I was still greeted instantly by a welcoming male. I was not hovered over and only asked where the hair section was at first to try and figure out products on my own this time. After some minutes I was then greeted by a girl with gorgeous blonde colored curls who was kind and down to earth. She suggested some brands and even tho one of the brands were above my price range I went ahead and bought the Ouidad hair mask upon her recommendation and I LOVE IT for my daughter and I. I also bought The Pattern to try as a conditioner and wash set.Employees seem to enjoy their job and helping no matter how many questions you have. A light atmosphere.
I received a gift card for Christmas to Ultra Beauty, I had never been before. I now know why I have never been and will never go back. This place is very dirty, horrible service. Ill continue to go on line to shop or go to Nordstroms. I do not recommend Ultra Beauty, stay away.

I do not recommend this location to anyone. The customer service here is very unprofessional. No one greets you when walking in, the cashier (with pink highlights) is extremely rude by walking in front of customers in tight spaces without properly excusing herself. I will be contacting the corporate office. Very disappointed in the service and experience I received at this location.
Easton store, Columbus... Strongly recommend In store pick up only, sketchy Covid setup here. My 2nd visit in a month and both times only 2 registers open and a long line of waiting customers in the worst place — along the far left wall with the line ending up in the back of store, where the least likely airflow occurs. Wouldn’t mind, as signs do remind to distance, but the wait is long. Never saw anyone keeping a count of shoppers.Another reason to pick up in store... stock availability is Always iffy at this location and could mean a wasted trip.
I got good sale on some of brands. Also they always some discount coupons either in percent or for some amount. Do check ulta beauty website for coupon code before you go for billing.

I love Ulta!! They have the best point system too and if you have their credit card you can earn even more back to spend on other purchases. They always have everything I need or use minus the OlaPlex system and Inkey List, both of which I love but only at Sephore which I never go too.
Have they ever heard of customer service? Obviously not! Couldnt be more rude if they shoved you right out the door after turning their nose up at you. No one spoke to me even once or asked if I needed help finding anything, despite the completely lost look on my face. I guess Ill find somewhere more willing to take that obscene amount of money off my hands for that lovely perfume I was hoping to purchase. I definitely wont make the mistake of walking into this place again.

I AM DONE WITH THE EASTON TOWN CENTER COLUMBUS OHIO STORE! DONE!!!!THEY GAVE ME A FULL SIZE ITEM WHEN I ONLY PAID FOR A TRIAL SIZE ITEM. Worst part... I DIDNT EVEN WANT THE ITEM BUT THE CASHIER TOLD ME THERE WASNT A WAY TO CANCEL IT. SHE MADE ME PICK UP THE ITEM WITH MY OTHER PICK UP ITEMS JUST TO LATER BE TOLD BY A NICE MANGER AT THE STORE THAT IT COULD HAVE BEEN CANCELED FROM THE PICK UP ORDER. SO I GO TO RETURN IT ON 10/13/2020... A DIFF. DAY FROM THE ORIGINAL PICK UP DAY SINCE THEY WERENT ABLE TO PROCESS THE SAME DAY RETURN... & THE CASHIER ONLY FINDS THE TRIAL SIZE ITEM TO RETURN BUT WHOEVER PICKED AND BAGGED THE ORDER, PUT THE FULL SIZE ITEM IN THE BAG. My daughter arrived for her appointment and was told they didnt have it. After some back and forth I realized she was at the wrong location. This location made zero effort to work her in. They were doing one makeover and had one waiting. There were 3 employees in that area. We were told one was busy, 1 was leaving, and 1 couldnt do her make up. I asked them to call Polaris and see if they could do her if we hustled over there. She had an hour long appointment so we had time to get there. They called and asked if there were any available appointments. That is not the same question. I was then told to come back in 2.5 hours. NO. We left, did a walk in at Mac, received excellent service, and an amazing makeover. Im totally done with Ulta. There service has benn lackluster for years.
Went to this Ulta to grab something for my gf and normally as soon as you walk into a place like this people ask if they can help you. There was no one on the floor, after walking around a bit I discovered they were all in the back room having a complain session. Finally got help after 15 minutes of being in the store and they had an attitude and did the minimum. Go to the one in Polaris its much better.
Very expensive, but the associate was very friendly, she walked with me to help me find makeup to wear for my wedding.
Nobody spoke to me at all while in store and then the line was wrapped around which added to the frustration once I finally found what I needed on my own.
Love the brow bar they do my eye brows perfect and I’m very picky and not a bad price. I would recommend lance !! He’s great

The best beauty products in town
They use to be very rude like 6 months ago but I like the staff a lot better now they are more friendly and helpful. I also love the new products they have brought in the store. The store always is clean and on point.
I only go there for the eyebrow bar because they do an amazing job. Other than that the staff isnt very helpful with makeup and will often match you with a shade that isnt correct. I would suggest going to a MAC store, theres one inside Polaris Mall, or a Sephora to get good makeup advice and help.
Jenn, she did my makeup for Homecoming and did a fantastic job she was also super helpful and very friendly.

I wasn’t greeted when I walked in. An employee looked at me and didn’t say anything. No one offered me assistance and no said anything while I was walking out. I’ll be going to the Ulta in Graceland plaza now.
I just got my eyebrows done by Lance. He was a very friendly guy but he took off half of the top of my brow. They are uneven and now I have to shade in part of my brow just so they look even. Im absolutley disappointed and mortified! One brow is taller/higher than the other because it was almost slashed in half. Its right before Christmas and my eyebrows look awful!
The staff was helpful and everything was perfectly organized. Always love going into this location.Update: I visited this location on May 31st to purchase a new face lotion since mine was running low. I let one of the associates know what I was looking for and she did not provide any suggestions. She asked if my current moisturizer was working and didnt offer to go any further. Disappointed, but hopefully it does not happen again.
We went to the Easton Ulta. There were numerous employees, some willing to help and some carrying on a conversation between themselves. What really bothered us was that we had a giftcard that wouldnt go through. After trying once and using another register a second try, we were told to call the 800 number and have them re-issue another giftcard. Really? With all this help, where is the customer service? We ordered from our phone on the way home from that very giftcard. Poor service.
Unfortunately I have to give them one star. Just had the worst hair cut and style of my life and now going elsewhere to get it fixed. Ladies, if you have curly hair, avoid this salon. No one should leave a salon looking worse then when they came in. The store it self is ok. Never any help when you need it.
I have gone to Ulta on numerous occasions for my daughter. Each time have advertised free gifts with my purchases and yet they never have the free gifts. They get away with it by saying “while supplies last” but it’s just a cop out because they seem to never really have more than probably 2.
I came to Ulta hoping for some help and guidance. I needed to whole shebang, but Im newish to make up and needed help not only finding things but choosing the right items! I was greeted when I walked in by someone as they sort of rushed by, and I didnt get a chance to even make eye contact with her. I started to look around, hoping someone would approach me, as I was utterly confused. I am shy and didnt want to interrupt the conversations groups of employees were having. I thought that certainly someone would approach me, but after spending 15 minutes in the store, not a single employee asked me if I needed help or if I was finding everything okay. So I left.I was prepared to spend hundreds of dollars, and no one at Ulta could be bothered. So I went to Sephora and thats exactly what I did. Sorry, big thumbs down from me.

I was in need of help this afternoon when I could not find a single employee to speak to because they were all huddled up together just chit chatting, I asked this one employee unsure of her name, but she had a scar on one of her eyes and she was very disrespectful and treated me like I was supposed to know she was on her lunch break and told me I need to ask someone at the register because she was on break, and the other employees with her smirked and did not help at all
Grossly understaffed or poorly trained. I patron this store because I can get everything in one stop (IF THEY HAVE RESTOCKED); however, when I get in line to check out, they have one person working the register with multiple customers in line. To make matters worse, that one cashier is trained to sign them up for rewards and I dont know what else - so it takes 3 times as long. The cashier never calls for additional assistance at the register so I assume its not stupidity, its a staffing shortage. I hate shopping there. Im sampling other products that I can get at competitive shops so I NEVER have to set foot in an Ulta again. Hallelujah!
Dont ever try to call this store, other than for the salon. They may as well not have a phone number at all for the store, because they do not answer the phone no matter what day or time it is. Then it automatically hangs up on you.

I am very upset with this Ulta. I come here almost every other week looking for new colors from “Red carpet gel manicure” and the shelves are always 90% empty! Do you never restock polish? I’ll no longer be visiting the Easton location.
This location is by far the best. I have been to 3 other locations, all of which are good stores. However, This location is the best. The girls are always friendly and willing to assist. One specific lady, (I do not recall her name but she is tall, dark skin, short hair) has the best personality and speaks to you as if you are her bff. The checkout line is always fast and efficient and the people working there never give you attitude for returning purchased items. I recently had my hair done at their salon. So, my personal experience was not what I had imagined, but I wouldnt say it was a deterrent either. My hair turned out great and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it. Just keep in mind, The girls get paid commission so they will try to upsell you. So really think about what they are asking you and do not hesitate to ask the price of what they are upselling.

Ive been to this store several times, and every time I think my experience gets worse. They never have consultants available to help you, and when someone finally does come around to help they make it seem like you are an inconvenience to them. After today I will not go back. The girl at the counter finally called for someone to help after I asked her to, and I waited for about 5 mins after finally leaving. I told the girl at the counter that I no longer needed help and was leaving, and she had no remorse or apologies for the terrible customer service. I will only be shopping at Sephora from now on!

Ulta can be pricey but I know when I make a purchase, I am getting a good product. I wanted to try some new things from the Ulta Beauty Collection. I wanted some advice on lipstick, about what color and type from the line to get.I wasnt in a hurry and so I wandered and looked around. I tried to catch 3 different employees while browsing and some of them looked at me but rushed away. Finally I caught an employee and she acted like I was pulling her way from something more important. Im spending a decent amount of money so I would like to feel good about the types and colors of makeup im choosing.I have had a similar job, I understand sometimes there are lots of things to do. BUT I was taught that you ALWAYS stop what youre doing to help a customer and to make them feel like they have your complete attention ..unrushed, friendly and helpful. This is the 3rd time I have felt disappointed by Ultas employees.Two stars for good product.I think I may try Sephora for my next makeup trip.

My wife and I went in - my wife was super excited as she had heard nothing but great things about this store. There were several employees working, but no one willing to help. I watched my wife approach two associates to ask for advice on mascara and they both stared at her blankly... Neither one knew anything about the two products she was asking about and didnt offer to show her any products that they did know about. The cologne area was a mess with missing displays and when I asked about one of the scents that didnt have a display I was told well, there should be a display somewhere no help at all! I guess they expect people to pay $78 for cologne without smelling it??? My wife expected a beauty lovers paradise and instead encountered a messy store with poor service... Will not be going back.
