Great location and amazing products. I bought a ton of products for my daughter and girlfriend to try. They love the products and have been loyal customers for a year now. It’s also nice to see that their products are sold in other beauty stores which means their expanding! Open a location in Pickerington

I love going to the body shop. This is my favorite store to buy all of my bath and shower products from. My favorite scent is the grapefruit scent I make sure to get me a large Square pump full every time I go. Unfortunately there is not very many stores left in Ohio so I always make sure to visit the one at Easton thankfully theyre still there.

Poor service. I love the products however I will not shop in this store in the note.

I understand every company is trying to keep their employees and customers safe during these uncertain covid-19 times.But such a small limit of occupancy in a store is a little frustrating in a place like this. Especially considering the amount of time the employees spend talking to customers trying to persuade them to buy things they really dont want or need.Its very frustrating when when a group of 3 people know exactly what they want from a store and have to either wait outside or rotate one by one to come in a store when an employee and customer is taking forever to make one purchase.

Social distancing has left a negative impact on my self-care routine, body image, and confidence. I went into The Body Shop with the mission of practicing a little self-love, and taking back control over my attitude toward the person I see in the mirror. Michelle took SUCH great care of me. Despite not being able to sample or do makeovers, she took time to answer all of my questions and pick out the right products for me. There was quite a bit of chaos as people were lining up outside the store due to capacity, but she was calm and stayed focused on me as a customer. I felt as though their social distancing guidelines were appropriate and upheld professionally.I was skeptical when I got home. Id never used a makeup brush to apply foundation, I didnt even know if it was the right shade. I washed my face with the charcoal wash, hydrated with the vitamin E toner, replenished with Drops of Youth, and gave it a try. I applied the concealer, foundation, my mascara, and lip juicer. All of it felt natural, light, and smelled fantastic!And then, I looked myself in the mirror. I smiled wider than I think Ive ever smiled at myself. I. Felt. Beautiful. For the first time in months I feel confident. I feel worthy and renewed. You just cant put a price tag on that. Thank you, Michelle, for spending the time with me and having a genuine interest in my self-care needs. I am so grateful!

I have yet to go into The Body Shop at Easton but it is definitely on my short list. Back in the 70s, when there were very few vegetarian or organic products, let alone shops, there was The Body Shop. In those days The Body Shop, which started in England, ranked up there with Kiehls in New York when it came to pure body/face products. I plan on stopping in on my next visit to Easton. So far, all my stops in body/facial shops there have been wonderful experiences. So Im looking forward to seeing how The Body Shop has kept up their game.

Michelle is awesome!! I walked in for my first time drawing a blank on what to get my mom for Mothers Day. She was so helpful in organizing a gift bag for her (and even wrapped it up for me with a nice bow). She made my shopping experience so much easier without being a pushy sales person. Knowledgeable, friendly, personable. I cant say enough good things about this store. Will definitely be back and will recommend to all my friends!

Made a special trip from Akron to Columbus to get one particular item that the website said was in stock- it wasnt. The sales people spent a good amount of time trying to talk me into things I wasnt even close to interested in (I wanted a body cream, they were trying to sell me face masks and hair treatment) when I finally settled on trying a new conditioner just to not walk away empty handed the girl talked me out of the regular size and into the travel size shampoo and conditioner. I just dont understand their sales tactics at all. Let me buy what I want. I ended up getting exactly what I wanted (their product) from Ulta...so no need to ever go back.

Thank you so much for having pups and kittens from LCHS at your shop yesterday. Your kindness and generosity towards the animals and LCHS as a whole was amazing. Also, all of you ladies were just wonderful. And the Shea body butter (cruelty free - as with ALL of The Body Shop products!), is incredible!

Very knowledgeable staff. I was very happy with my visit here. Im definitely a beginner at skin care, and they can point you to the right products for your skin type, and also provide you with directions on how to develop a moisturizing routine.

The ladies who work here are really nice (especially the one who also shops at my store :) ) and I love when they have the door open so you can smell the good smells when youre enjoying a nice day outside!
